Went into Southern on Jan 18th to pay on my new account and were immediately greeted by Asst Manger named Kiki she were very courtesy and Professional I were joking and ask her for a ring that were on her finger and she pull it off and gave it to me but I gave it back Ms. Kiki is a Natural Professional

Whom ever KeKe is has a nice nasty attitude. Very poor customer service. Once I was able to speak with someone I was no longer interested due to the unprofessional attitude and her tone as if I was bothering her. The profession in Customer service isn’t for everyone.

Very rude and unprofessional I personally don’t have buisness here but my wife does and I would not recommend this company at all terrible customer service
