What can I say I went in with a lot of doubt due to my credit and lord an behold if Mr. Jamaal Berry didn’t show out. He kept us calm & cool and said don’t worry. Well he was right I ended up with the exact car I wanted an test drove, and he even got me right with some good insurance. When it’s time to buy another car I will be going to see Mr. Berry again. Al called me Saturday 11/6 about send my documents to know my down payment. I had to send them later in the day so by the time I sent them the dealership was closed. I called every day trying to get in contact with him starting 11/8. Today 11/11/2021 @ 11:14. Jamal answered the phone and I explained to him my frustration of trying to get in touch with Al since I been turned in my documents. How about he told me "That ain't got nothing to do with me". How unprofessional can you get?!!!!! Please take your money else where like I did !!!!!!

It was easy to get a ride but when I have questions it's hard to get in touch with someone. My car transmission start acting crazy after driving 1000 miles. I wasn't given my contract but the owner previous of me. Hopefully this will help them to be careful of giving out other people's info.

The salesman was new which was acceptable but once my payment frequency needed correcting all things went to hell. It was if everyone was clueless communicating with their finance people, who btw are wonderful. I give 3 stars to the dealership floor manager that day, total lack of people skills and apparently in need of leadership training.

Called to set up payment arrangements during the labor day holiday and my car gets shut off after being told that the Tuesday after labor was fine. I've been waiting a month for them to fix my car. They keep giving me the run around and to top it all off they tried to send a engine worst then the one that was already in my car to the car garage for them too put it in my car. This is not a good company had to many issues with them. They do not work with you even if you pay your bills on time. I am happy to be doing business with five star, if you have a vehicle from this company your vehicle has a shut off device. And if you have problems with employment, if your injuried on the job, whatever reason you have, your car will be shut off!! Tomorrow I make my final payment , I have advised this company never to write me again.
