Truist GA, Riverdale

I loved my business banking experience. They are very active in the community. They provide FREE financial literacy classes at many of the local libraries and churches. When I opened my Free business account I was provided with a FREE thorough industry analysis report. I can't speak for anybody else but my experience has been great! I am not looking forward to the merger with SunTrust because I am concerned that BB&T will lose its personal community touch but we shall see.

The wait is ALWAYS long waiting for someone to assist you. They will have 4-5 people working in the bank but only 2 people assisting a line full of customers. They don’t even have the decency to help get the line down. One guy even had the audacity to get mad when I asked if he is assisting customers. His response was “I’m Leavin!” I will be closing my accounts because this is not a customer service/customer friendly bank. This is not the bank for me, my family, nor our money!!!

I Live close by so I come here to use the ATM which is almost always out of service 😤. Why do you guys only have one accessible ATM ? I never have this problem over in Camp Creek . I will have to go to a regular ATM to get cash which cost more . Smh ! Update: Back Agian ! Came in to speak to a banker which she has a sign that reads ‘Trainging in Progress’ and she’s the only banker available beside tellers . Why would you have training during business hours when your the only way available to assist customers ? Ugh BB&T !

Why is the bank never fully staffed to provide faster service? The wait is always super long. If you know people are doing change or deposit orders the bussiness should be staffed. This is sad and time consuming.

Terrible branch worst customer service & they have no bathroom & a sense of urgency does not exist to the ladies that work at this branch. Everyone so nonchalant about their job. Providing customer excellence is not a priority her visit a different branch & do your business else where just not here. I only gave 1 star cause no stars wasn't an option.

Just came in today to try to open a bank account and the vibe is very negative the lady that was trying to help me open up and account was constantly rolling her eyes like we where less than or if she were over it. I didn't say anything to her just decided to ignore it but I saw everything won't be coming back for my "semi schedule" with no phone number or confirmation of the appointment. I just have one question for her when she reads this and that is "Why do you work there if you are unhappy? "Change the attitudes or this bank won't last.

Ive been banking with BB&T for over a year now and have nothing to say but positive things , especially the staff are very nice and polite They take really good care of my business needs and I always have smooth transaction. Sherita Martin is always very professional and attentive...

This branch is the absolute worse. It takes forever to get anything done. The staff acts as if they are totally confused. Please do not go here expecting to get in and out quickly. They are very slow. Bless their hearts...

this branch is awful! this is the ONLY branch I have trouble with.. not friendly, not customer friendly! BBT Corp-needs to train their people and their way of hiring-personality is VERY important-they say they are following policy???> it is not like this at ANY other location from Cleveland GA to McDonough Ga to Gadsden AL! ** it does not even deserve 1 star but I had to give one to post-
