This bank has really went down hill.. You never can talk with the branch manager or anyone for that matter!!

The staff were friendly and helpful! I am new to the area and enjoyed speaking with the tellers.

This location is the only reason I continue to bank with Suntrust. Brooke and the rest of the ladies are awesome!

I hate all banks, but especially the ones that charge you to cash a paycheck from someone who actually has an account there...

My money got stuck in the atm twice and never showed up in my account.

My friend, recently, began to rent a room in a private residence. The owner did not provide us with the correct account number. We rushed in just as they were to close- greated with a smiling hello and an offer to assist. The associate went out of her way to assist us. Thank you for treating us like real people. Banking is usually matter of fact, and sterile, but this location still offers community, small town service! Well done! We might have a new bank in the near future!!!

i have always had good service here, but the new gentleman in charge of this branch is a joke, obviously not qualified for this position,, he doesn't know what he is doing and Rude.
