Just seeing these low reviews! Who are these people? 5 Star Bank for sure!! My son and I have been with this bank for years and years. The staff is "always" kind, courteous and patient. Friendly with my son who has challenges. The business is accurate, no mistakes so far. Those negative reviews may indicate rare situations that I personally have "never" witnessed or experienced. So don't give them much weight at all! Come see for yourself. This a 5 star bank! Hope other customers will step forward and share their "positive" experiences as I did here! CHEERS FOR THIS LAUREL SUNTRUST (or Truist I think they're called now). They are great!

I had business to handle at this Suntrust / Truist Branch in Laurel, MD. Just to let people know...this branch is STILL here and fully operational. I had a great experience, and the bank employee was EBONY. She was professional and also was extremely polite, with a great personality. It was a pleasure during these trying times.

They lost my friends check on the day she opened her account... when we went to resolve the issue together they said there was nothing they could do we had to wait to see if it was found or have the check stopped. The manager was extremely unhelpful and didn't really care that they made a mistake that huge. I would never bank here or recommend this branch to anyone. There are plenty of other choices within a minutes of this branch.

Clearly sat down first to wait for someone to help me. They helped someone who came in in after me first and insisted that the other person was there first. I am not stupid. I was clearly there first. Never going here again. The one in Suntrust employees in Burtonsville are way more courteous.

Pleasant experience. Professional staff. What I would expect from a national bank. I called the bank prior to my visit to confirm what I needed to do to complete a transaction there. The representative was courteous and helpful. Upon arrival, all things occurred as the rep described it would. I also noticed that teller knew one customer by name. I haven't seen that level of engagement in years. Pros: clean facility, free parking, friendly staff, appropriate ratio of tellers to customers (minimal wait time) Cons: none I'm not a regular customer so i can't speak to that aspect. I didn't observe other clients upset. Overall good experience.

This is a very horrible sun trust bank. Customer services is poor. Bank manager is okay but he needs new clerks working the front window. One lady in particular Dawn Harvey far left window is rude, very smart and has a remark for everything. Im minding my business talking to the next clerk at another window im asking questions to the gentlemen. While Ms. Harvey is dealing with her own customers she makes a statement “ HE ALWAYS ASKING QUESTIONS” like I’m in the wrong for asking questions about MY MONEY If you don’t like you’re Job why take you’re frustrations out on the customer. Very poor customer services skills this lady has unacceptable will not be coming back.

Worst bank I've visited. If you don't have account with them and try to cash a check they treat you like trash, they always find excuses to don't help you. I'm glad I don't have account with them .
