Truist Commerce St, Springfield

After waiting behind 2 cars for a bit it was obvious they were busy.. but after I sat at the drive thru window for 5 min w out a single person greeting me, I decided to call to let them know they have a line of cars out here. If they are short staffed it’s understandable they can’t run a drive through and in my opinion, they should then close it. I’d have easily just gone inside! I use to work at a bank & if you do not have someone specifically assigned to the drive thru, you close it! Extremely frustrating for us that are doing things on limited time - hence the drive through!

Inept employees, the day everything is digital and all them are unemployed will be grace.

Worst drive through ever. Line of cars and no sense of urgency.

I have dealt with this bank and both branches in Springfield, VA. They have always been attentive and courteous to me. I change to this bank because when my father passed away they were there to help me every step of the way, where Bank of America would not even notarize documents and Wahovia (now Wells Fargo) did not have a clue, the Bank rep couldn't even run a number two pencil over a notary impression to copy it. BB&T hand no issue. The tellers are always friendly. I personally hate banks but this one is a step above the other. Don't understand the negative post, don't be an irresponsible account holder and expect a large institution to manage your actions. If you have money be responsible with it, know what you have and understand the consequences.

Im stunned at the reviews I just read. The staff here is excellent! They do their jobs well and I feel like they care. They work without flaw :)
