Truist N Main St, Jonesboro

This is the WORSE branch ever… it’s after 9 a.m I go to the door and it’s a sign that say the lobby is closed. I see people in there so I called the branch and I asked is the branch open I was told no in a irritated voice but the drive thru is I said oh ok well when will the branch itself be opened that’s when I was told it’s permanently closed!!! First thing that came to my mind is WHY didn’t she say that at first.. this branch NEVER had good customer service!!

It is a Friday at 3:00 P.M and they close in an hour. Guess what? Inside is closed and there is only 1 drive thru line open. I have waited in line for almost an hour. Ridiculous!!!

Other branches are bad. This one is probably the worst. Im not sure if the bankers dont know or just dont care. My whole Suntrust experience can be equated with Customer Service I received at this branch. At 5:20 all three drive thrus had lines and a group of 4-5 employees were hanging out by the front door leaving to go home. Tells you all you need to know.

This Suntrust is the worst. I stopped here because it was close to my job. The drive thru is extremely slow. They have no sense of urgency. The first time they fail to give me a receipt with my deposit. The second time.. I went to make a deposit again. I always count my money 3 times before I deposit it. I went to the drive thru teller to deposit the money. She called on the speaker and said my deposit was $20 short. I was like it can’t be I counted the money 3 times. I told her to make sure she didn’t drop anything on the floor she was like no. So she sent the money back. I searched my car and purse high and low. I couldn’t find anything. I hate to say it I believe she pocketed the $20. After that, I was done with this bank.

My only issue with this branch is a lack of tellers during lunch. One time there was a line almost out of the door. You would think that they would prepare for people on a Friday during lunch. Besides that no issues.

OMGoodness. I am trying to pay my bills and I can't get on the new Truist. I am following ALL the steps to get into my account through the new company and then get kicked back to repeat what I just did. THEN.. Then pops up "We are temporarily down". Called the branch, no help and they switched me to another department. Wait time is 25+ minutes. I have banked with SunTrust for over 25 years but I will be looking for another bank. This is NOT what I signed up for.

If I could leave 0 stars I would ! No one greeted me as I walked into the building…. 3 tellers were present along with 3 other employees working on the side. This is the most uncomfortable I’ve ever felt at a bank. I stood there at the “please wait here sign” and no one said anything to me. No one asked me what brought me in today…. I literally just stood there until Taishyka Turner Owens made hand gesture for me to come over. Once I walked to her, she didn’t ask me how was I doing or anything. Just rude and disgusting. All 3 tellers.

Terrible drive thru experience. The workers are just here to kill time so they can get paid. Efficient customer service is not their concern. Be sure to plan an hour visit out of your day for 1 simple task if you choose this bank location

Wait for drive in banking is horrible. Been here over 15 minutes and still no service. When the teller did finally come, after I pushed the call button several times, I was told another person was ahead of me. Got my things back & now heading to another branch. This is the 4th time I've had to do this.

ATM failed to return ALL my money after it would not accept my deposit. Staff was no help
