Truist Southpoint Pkwy, Fredericksburg

I had some issues with my account and didn't really want to call the 800 number just to be put on hold for an hour, so I came into the branch. Being a BB&T customer I was a bit nervous that I might not get anything accomplished, but they were all very helpful, I was in and out within 30-35 minutes.

If you are a BB&T customer going to this branch, be prepared to spend an hour or more even when there’s nobody in front of you. And be prepared not to have your issues addresses. Only a single person handles BB&T inside and those going through the drive through. Horrible banking experience.

I will NOT be opening an account there. I went online and "messaged" with a banker about opening an account for my elderly mother, who does not want to come in due to coronavirus, and was told I could pick up an application thru the drive thru for her to fill out and sign, etc. Spent 20 minutes waiting at the drive thru(3 open windows, none moving) and another 5 trying to get the teller to understand what I wanted, only for her to come back and tell me I would have to bring my mother inside the bank to meet with the banker! Found another nearby bank, with just as terrible rates, who was willing to accommodate us, so good bye Suntrust!

Worst bank ever. Since bb&t merger with SunTrust this is the only bank besides going to route 3, you will sit in line for 30+ minutes. Has happened almost every time. And the cameras are weird, I'd like to look through the glass and see what is taking so long every time I come here

I've been banking with SunTrust since 1993 (then Crestar)... Great location. Always knowledgeable and follow up when needed. Highly recommend.

If you want a bank to randomly lock your account for "fraud" and then make it impossible to unlock, leaving you on the hold for 3+ hours then hang up... Try Truist.

Horrible horrible nightmare go to different banks. Not the employees that they work there. The employees at this location are very nice. It’s their system or the back offices that they make decisions. Never again dealing with Suntrust or Truist ever again in my life. Wish there was no star option

I love my bank, the tellers are genuinely nice, and caring, I have been banking here for 4 years. I always have a very personalized experience, they also hired new people and they have been wonderful helping me with every transaction.

Sandy was amazing helped me get my card fixed even called to make sure I got the new card in the mail I will say I have never had a bank call to make sure I got something and just in general make sure I was good to go she deserves a promotion way to go and thank you sandy
