Terrible shop. especially when it comes to loans. they’ll value your stuff way low and make you think that no other shop will match or go higher. For example i brought in a item to get a loan for and they told me i could only get $200. i passed and went to liberty gold and pawn down the street and the gave me $400 easy. and the process was so smooth.

These guys are true proffesionals I have been a customer for years and these are the only guys I go to. Amazing customer service very personable and very fair. They work with you and definatly treat you with respect through the whole process.

The establishment is pretty nice well organized, but the business is shady. I came in looking for a used drill battery. They didn’t have them used but had it new, so I was not really interested unless it was a good price. So the gentleman found two and said that these batteries were worth a hundred a piece online, I was like wow I’m only at most able to spend a hundred he stated what they were worth again and said no can do. So I said, that’s fine and proceeded to leave as I walked away he said he could do 100. So I thought I got a killer deal, got home looked them up only 35 dollars brand new. Not very honest guys. You’re better off online or in a retail store.

John was super informative and helpful. When I expected a rip off , I was surprised to get nothing but honesty. A great experience. I WILL use them in the future as needed. Thanks for the great customer service!

When I have a little extra money in my pocket, I come here and walk around. The staff have been great, and so helpful with my purchases. I will be a long time returning customer.

Worst pawn shop in the area literally told me they can only loan $10 dollars on the new AirPod 3’s. Because you can buy them on eBay for 40 dollars (which was a lie) you can buy one left or right EarPod for that price employee's a beyond I knowledgeable will not take my business here ever again

This is a a very unusual pawn shop. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are fair. They have a large selection of guns. The other items they have are desirable. Their store isn't filled with junk. I'd definitely make a point to stop by regularly. Update.. I purchased a rifle that had hidden issues. The store immediately offered to correctthe issue . I was referred to a gunsmith that expertly corrected the problem. I didn't pay anything for the work. They picked up all the costs. You can trust this merchant based on my experience.

This shop offers a variety of things. Not what I had imagined walking in. I was acknowledged as soon as I came in the door. The store is very clean. The staff is amazing and very informative. This shop offers a little something for everyone. Lots of jewelry, outdoor equipment, tools, TV's, video game systems, games and much more. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and shopping here.

This is hands down the best pawn shop in the burg... they actually take the time to learn their customers.. whether it's a loan or a buy John & his other employees have awesome customer service. Choose these guys first everytime
