This was my First time getting a payday loan. They made the process super easy and they were very polite. I strongly recommend visiting this Advance America location for your financial needs. I guess my first experience was a front lost my ID came back hoping since they had my if on file they would take care of me nope! Then came back with my passport and paper ID they said they couldn’t. I needed the cash urgently and they didn’t come thru. Neither did they show remorse. I won’t returning that’s for sure.

Was contacted by them to receive a loan. I looked at their reviews online and they're awful. Not sure why no one has left any negative review here. I told them based on my research, I'm going to pass. They "supervisor" (Patrick) told me he would pass me too and hung up the phone without saying Goodbye or anything.

The staff at Route 3 Advanced America are so awesome. They call you a day before and also same day that your loan is due back. They also are so super friendly and really honest with everything. They have a referral program as well. My name is Shaneece . Tell them I referred you and you get 50 bucks just for that. I love these women . They truly give great customer service .
