Want to wait forever in the drive though? Want to have the worst customer service possible? Want to have your bank not open on a Friday (not a holiday)? How about denying your claim for a fraudulent charge, then blocking your bank card because they suspect fraud, then blocking your online banking access a week later because they suspect fraudulent attempts to access it? That's the service you too can get if you bank here. But hurry, this branch is closing soon!

Brought my grandson here to open an account. The lobby is closed for some stupid reason. He had to stand outside like some second class citizen. Do not recommend this bank.

Horrible horrible hospitality. unfortunately after my husband had surgery he realized he had to cash a very important check. Went to drive thru and told them HE JUST HAD SURGERY AND CANT WALK FAR AND COULDNT COME IN. was told that he had to come in and when we did they were so rude. The lady that assisted us was awful. She acked as if we were bothering her. Not once did she say hello how are u. Such a trashy nonprofessional location.

This is a zero star establishment.

They won’t pay a living wage so they don’t have enough workers and force their loyal customers to use the drive through lanes when there’s only like one or two people inside helping. It’s a total lack of customer service. They clearly are just being cheap cause their profits are online. They can easily afford more help. Pathetic. Gonna pull all our accounts and find a real bank if they can’t get their act together.

I had a most positive visit with a young lady named Lisa Balcer at the Arden Branch of Sun Trust Bank yesterday. I walked in with no appointment, was greeted by her, reviewed my (personal) situation and needs. She immediately took me to her office, dug in, and took the time to satisfy all my needs and questions. I have a renewed faith in the Banking Business. Her Customer Service was above and beyond the call of duty. I appreciate her, and the Bank staff there, and will continue to bank there and sing their good graces.

Mr. know it all red head that notarized a car title I was purchasing to give to a friend swore up and down that the buyer and seller had to both sign it. Anyhow he was wrong like I told him.... his mistake cost me 300$ because I had to register the car in my name before I gifted it to my friend who also had to register it. Train your employees. ONLY THE SELLERS NAME NEEDS TO BE NOTORIZED. Rooks.
