I waited over an hour to have a document notarized. Since the merger with bb&t the customer service and want times at the Lehigh Acres branch are so bad that I will be changing banks after being a Suntrust customer for 17 years.

I have been depositing our business checks here for years through the ATM ...yesterday And the day before they changed something In the ATM That would not allow for our business checks To be deposited!! But it still Took the personal checks for a personal account!! Then we drove all the way to the forum and the same thing!! What a inconvenience and a total waste of time & Gas !! Hope they fix this!!!

Beware of this bank. They cheated my daughter. Charged her 5 times the money for some purchase she did at the same place the same day. Same amount charged at the same place 5 times? They didn't want to be bother with that. So much for the name " Sun TRUST" NOT!

They just said they can not open an account because they have to close after 3 long hours of waiting... very bad experience.

This is the worst bank I have ever done bizz with to many Spanish people work here You should post a sign we will put you last if you are not Spanish sickning how they treat you if your not Spanish been member of many banks in 62 yrs this place is like nothing I have ever seen
