I arrived at 7:50 am and waited at the door until 9am. I was first at the door and first in the branch. I have banked with BOA for years. I wasn't treated well at all. As a black woman, I noticed they cater to the latino community. What I needed would have taken 10 mins or less, instead I was asked to sit down as the employee went around asking everyone else if she could help. Once someone came to assist me She ran out of her office to have the employee help someone else. I'm getting tired of they treatment here. Customer Service told me to go into the branch to fix my issue which was to change my pin #.

I came to the bank to open credit card and Flor was amazing. She was very professional and knowledgeable! She helped with every question I had and went above and beyond today! Definitely will come back to open an business account!

I love banking at this location. The customers are treated with respect. Everyone is very helpful. The person that stands out as a true professional is Flor Marrero. She is knowledgeable, courteous, caring and helps you understand everything you need to know about banking. She explains things like no one else does. When I walk into the bank and I see her, I smile. I know that she is going to do everything in her power for things to work right. I see her as a friend waiting for me at the bank. She should be the President of the Bank. Her people skills make her a very special individual.

Literally the worst bank I have ever been to. The manager strolls to the door at 9 to get something from her car.. obviously opens up late, with no greeting to the customers.. Then come in to 1 teller on a Friday, their busiest day. The line has Literally 22 people in line while 3 other bank "employees" walk around and look.. disgraceful!!😒😑😡

Flor did an excellent job assisting me with opening a new account. She was patient and definitely shows great energy. I left feeling uplifted just from her few minutes of help.

Came to the bank to do a wire for a closing. I was greated by Flor,was told I had to wait due to there where appointments coming in. But only waited 15 minutes. Flor took care of me and explained other products and benefits bank of America has for me due to lack of time she gave me an appointment to come see her tomorrow can't wait to see her again and receive all that bank of America has to offer. Extremely pleased and satisfied with her. 10 of 10 for her.. thank you so much for all your help and advice see you tomorrow..

I've been banking with them for years and went to this location today to help my mom open an account too. We had an appointment and requested a spanish speaking specialist. We went another day just to ask questions and were helped by Carlos who was very helpful and diligent in getting all our questions answered. Today we were seen by Elisa, she answered all our questions, helped us open up the account, set up her online banking and make her initial deposit. Very good experience.

Love this location! The staff is friendly, they always greet you, and they go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Flor Marrero is the one who suggested I bank here and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I’m thankful to have such a caring and professional branch near me to bank with.

Every time i come here they take over an hour no matter what day or time i come. The drive through will say open yet no one will be servicing it. Security guy is the only good thing here.

BOA has terrible customer service. I am on the phone going on 3hrs trying to get access to my own money. No one knows what is going on and I keep getting transfered to another specialist that has no experience with my issue. This is why I need to close out my account and stay with Suncoast.
