    Closing to early. People don't get off until 5pm, but the lobby is closed at 4pm. Hours needs to be extended at least a hour.

    I've been banking here for years, about 15. This used to be a friendly, fast bank to deal with but it has gone downhill in the last couple years. It's 12:30pm and I'm in lunch break standing in line watching 1 slow, extremely slow, bank clerk just dragging along and chit chatting while 3 customers waiting. I'm already mad they started closing at 4pm instead of 5pm. They are in a convenient location so I deal with. I hope BB&T will improve.

    At drive up window now , it should not take ten minutes to do a simple transaction. Time to look for another bank.
