I am new to Florida and needed a new bank because I had a credit union in California that is not here. I wasn’t sure I wanted to go bank to B of A because years ago I had 1 bad experience. But it was close almost close enough to walk to. So I opened some accounts there. I am so impressed with everything about this branch. I had a great experience opening my accounts, the employees are a joy to greet each time I go in. It’s very clean and well set up. I would now recommend this particular branch. Thank you for making one more thing easier in my move.

I wish I could leave a 0. Saturday morning, drive through banking closed, exactly one teller inside servicing all customers. Been standing in line for 20 minutes, and this is what I’m looking at.

This office is the best one in Riverview. They always try their best to assist clients even though they are extremely busy. The manager Melanie does an awesome job.

I’ve been coming to this branch for at least 10 years because the customer service USED to be so good. Unfortunately my last few visits have been horrible. Appointments have been wrong, wait times are horrible, no one answers the phones. I guess it is time to start considering another bank. I’m tired of wasted time at this location.

I use this location for my stores daily deposits. The staff are all extremely nice and are good at what they do. However, I don’t think I’ve ever gone to make my deposits and not have to be there for AT LEAST 30 minutes. There sometimes is two tellers but usually just one and there’s a line of about 10-12 people most times of the day. A lot of those times there may be 2 or 3 advisors sitting at their desks not helping anyone. I understand they may still be working on something but it seems like they could do something to help alleviate the overwhelmed tellers. They could at least hire another teller to always have two on at a time.

I was hesitant coming here based on the reviews, but I had a fantastic experience. The staff were all diverse, professional, and very accommodating. My advisor, Arys, was awesome and made opening my new accounts quick and painless. 10/10 service, would highly recommend.

If racial discrimination was a bank this location would be the prime example. My husband and I own a business that is registered with the state of Florida and Hillsborough county. We opened an account here last year in order to process our payroll and payments from the county finance department here in Hillsborough county. When the clerk of circuit court requested a banking official to sign our direct deposit form confirming our account information with the letter head from the clerk of court Melanie Purdy refused to do so. She suggested giving my husband a account detail form with no signature. After turning in the form to the county finance department they contacted me and told me that the financial representative from BOA was supposed to sign the document that she provided.Unfortunately because of the color of my husbands skin. Ms.Purdy refused to do so yet again on the second visit after getting this notice from the clerk of the circuit court. I even called the county finance manager and had my husband put Ms.Melanie Purdy on the phone. The finance manager made her aware that they also have other vendors that have never had a problem getting the same document signed off for payment and submission to the courts just confirming that the account information was accurate. Ms.Melanie stated that they have their "own rules" and she will not sign the court document OR the direct deposit form that SHE provided and printed to my husband simply because of "other experiences" in the past with people other than us. Mind you this is for a BUSINESS ACCOUNT. I will do everything in my power to get to the bottom of this. My husband and I will not be treated differently because of a person abusing their power.

Just avoid Bank of America at all cost. The bad reviews are on point. I think they only keep one teller just to annoy us. Just bring your business to some other banks. Just not this bank.

1 hour on line.. only one teller. Mánager not helping the line. Talking in the phone. We asked her if she could help kibe and said she was helpong othwr costumers. Yes, that's true... the ones coming after everyone

Do NOT try quick banking at this location. Often there are lots of staff walking about with 1 teller window open. Poor service times every time I'm forced to go there. There has to be a better way to resolve the wait time!

If you have an option to go somewhere else - do that. Unless you need ATM you never less than 30 minutes there. Line is out the door usually and manager and other employees feel like their crown will fall if they work the counter. Not a good team practice. 2 stars because girls/guys behind the counter are super nice even though they will not deposit checks without LLC anymore. Sorry Annet, I dont use Twitter
