Without a doubt the rudest and least knowledgable group of associates ever. Ive been banking here since i was 18 years old and tomorrow I will be closing all my accounts. I cannot in good faith leave my hard earned money in the care of people this ill informed about finance and the products they offer not to mention the absolutely dreadful customer service. I wasn't expecting them to go above and beyond by any means just be able to do the job they are literally hired to do. Its sad that banks will allow this level of incompetence and rudeness to their clients.

Always always this bank has never enough employees to help customers... the only way to be out of any kind of wait is just the drive thru; but if you are needing any assistant or just want to do your transactions inside the bank.. you will only find that normally they just have 1 employee for the transaction.. It is sad, I have been customers of this for more than 30 years and it just gets worst.. if I didn't had it for so long now.. I would be gone.. and Yes, thinking of doing that..

If I could give a zero rate I so would!!! The bank tellers have THE absolute worst attitudes and no drive thru. Don't waste your time going to this trash can bank!!

sun trust has lost all customer relations i have been banking in the Auburndale branch for 30 plus years and moved all my company banking to them because they promised me How well they could take care of me well in a 1 1/2 years of the company moving its banking to sun trust they have had 6 I SAY 6 mangers now how is any one supposed to have any kind of relationship with the branch when you cant get to know anybody their. And going in the bank with one teller on a Friday good lord what are they thinking... To add to the disgust I had to go the the winter haven branch for a home loan because Auburndale would not respond to my needs .After taking in all my financials to the winter haven branch and no response from them either until l closed 45 days later with another bank .....SO YES I AM SWITCHING BANKS I cant give a zero star to post

Bad hours. People that work get off after you are closed. Not open weekends. Deposited checks don’t clear till Monday.

Mr. Jeran Morris is the greatest banker! We ended up opening an business account with suntrust because Mr. Morris was knowledgeable and passionate about helping us with out business. I would recommend anyone to everyone.

Horrible, They never have enough help only have 1 teller inside and one in the drive thru. Expect a wait when going there. They are open 9-4 except Friday and they stay open till 6 still with 1 drive thru teller. There hours aren't good for the working people. Auburndale must be a training location because between the tellers, bank managers and other associates they change about every 3 months so you can never have a relationship with anyone of them. Worst of all Friday before a major hurricane a note on the door says this location closed because of an emergency. I now have to drive to Winter Haven to deposit my check. They will say make deposits using the atm.I deposit about 10 business checks every Friday and it takes forever to get the atm to accept your checks. I will be looking for a new bank

do not deal with this bank. they wont call you back. they close your account with no notice or reason. when you do call to settle things the managers wont do there jobs and dont even contact you to tell you if they fixed it or not. worst bank in florida

The only thing it needs is the drive thru back . Great bank!

I hate coming to this location but when the locations are limited in the are sometimes is the closest one , they have an attitude and now they only let one person in at a time the rest outside 🤦🏽‍♀️ beyond 6ft distance
