Today I have just and my fiancee purchased a necklace for me with insurance under $250.00. They were not busy at all when I went there and they closed at 7pm. The young lady and gentlemen in there rotated to help everyone in the store and to get everyone out without rushing. We were looking for something specific but was unable to find it. They offered to take our information and to notify us if they come across something that looked like what we are looking for. Just like the one in Bartow the auburndale location check ID upon looking at jewelry and I completely understand. I will shop there more and more from now on. ❤️

Stopped by the store and hungbout with Jay and Alex. Very friendly and patient. The store was clean and items were placed neatly which made my browsing session that much better. I have visited twice and both times the experience was great with attentive service from a knowledge team member in jewelry who offered layaway as an option for payment. They have mastered the art of pawn shop and gently used heirloom jewelry. Congrats all around!!

Will not be going back there. Alex shows lack of compassion. I had a emotional emergency with my dad 75 and missing. When I tried talking he brushed me off then said my not even 1 yr old Jordan 13 retros which just came out Xmas last yr only worn 4 times no scuffs no lines no creses he never took out the box and insulted my 250 pair of shoes saying they had creses. I wish I could upload a pic. I don't even wear these shoes I'm not a tennis shoe person so I kno that was a lie. What really insulted me was seeing 3 pairs of dirty shoes scuffed on sale. He then said oh we didn't take these they came from another store. I only needed to pawn for my emergency situation. To go find my dad. I told him he walked away then proceeded to show me some old outdated shoes never worn. Y'all said mint condition not brand new. It's a pawn shop isn't damn near everything used. I never been treated so cold. You come here wanting our business in the hood and act grand. I won't never go there again.

I have been looking for the right Christmas gift for my Queen. I tell you. I work all the time. I ended up stopping at La Familia pawn shop by accident. I ended up finding the perfect necklace and charm that was perfect. When I say perfect I mean perfect. The associate at La Familia was awesome. The way she just helped me and even got me a deal on top of the deal I was already getting. 1 being bad 10 being perfect I will give La Familia a 10 Thank you La Familia Pawn.

I went into this pawn shop looking to sell a TV. I was immediately greeted by Alex and attended to my needs. Although he was not able to give me the amount I was searching for, my overall experience was great. He has great customer service skills and knows how to strike up a conversation. He informed me on the layaway option they do provide. Overall great guy and very welcoming. The options in the store are wide and the store is very clean! If you’re looking for somewhere to just stop by and look at, I would recommend La Familia Pawn Shop. You might just end up leaving with something you didn’t plan on buying!

Very good costumer service the gentleman who I delt with was very helpful and knowledgeable his name slipped my mind but I believe he is the manager bald guy like myself I met him about 2 months ago and he made me feel comfortable enough to want to come back and do business with him and the company

Very great pricing and offer warranty, great selection. And found the item on Facebook market place so that was nice rather than driving around to different once.

The first time I went I dealt with a older man got a good deal. But then I tried to trade something in that was worth a 100 at least on a 79 dollar item a the other guy there wanted to give 30 for it and then charge me tax on the entire amount I won't be going back.
