    We love Jarrett-Gordon Ford and have purchased 4 vehicles from them in the 6 years we've been in Florida, two of them were previously owned and have been wonderful and reliable vehicles! The service department has always taken good care of us. Recently, service manager Kevin Bevers helped connect me with the body shop for a warranty item replacement. Manager Glen Guerra greeted me there. The car took an extra day than anticipated but Glen notified me timely. Plus, I told them needing extra time was not going to be a problem so no one would have to feel stressed and pressed, if issues arose. I believe you have to allow unexpected extra time to ensure the job is done right. If you pack in extra time into your expectations, then you don't have to get all bent out of shape if there's a delay. Further, during this pandemic, service industries around the world have been impacted: people get sick or are exposed to others who are infected and they need to be able to quarantine until they're sure of their status and not expose others. Finally, I'll say this about Jarrett-Gordon in general: to me, great customer service is NOT defined by a lack of problems or issues but HOW the team responds to solve problems. As long as Jarrett-Gordon continues to treat us with respect and friendliness and demonstrate that they value our business (making the car purchasing, financing, and servicing experience convenient and relaxing), we will continue patronizing this dealership.

    Manuel and Chico were both amazing and attentive. They help me find the car I wanted, and work with me until we all came to agreement. They communicate regularly and follow up, always keeping me up to date with everything. All of this was happening as I was on the other side of the US. So when I got there it was smooth and easy process. Car was ready, detail and good to go. Definitely recommend their business!

    I am very happy with my Lincoln purchase. The usual haggle when purchasing a vehicle was a breeze at this dealership. Our salesman Jack was easy to work with and the financing was swift and easy. We spent maybe 2 hours total purchasing our Corsair. They have now serviced the car two times and have done a great job. We will go back if we decide to get a newer vehicle in the future..

    They were friendly and even though it took longer than expected they comped me for the wait. We are from Michigan and needed an oil change while we were down here. I always use a Ford dealer to service our Fords. I do wish they had the dedicated Quick Lane for oil changes like we have in Michigan. All in all, the service was good, and they did a good job of checking everything during the safety check.

    I had a ding on my quarter panel and they took very good care of my car they fixed her right up and she looked brand new with in two days. The also painted my door with no extra charge because of previous work done. They did a great car and detailed and cleaned the interior. Hands down recommend there auto body services

    I also had a recall notice for my 2021 F-150. This was my first time in at this service location. The team was aware that I had worked all night the night before. They took the time to listen to my concerns and then worked quickly to get those issues and concerns taken care of. I was in and out in about an hour tops. I will be back. Excellent customer service.

    Went to purchase a new truck. Mr Ken Ramka was very nice. He immediately went out to see us in the parking lot as we got off to look at the vehicles. He asked what we were looking for and with all honesty told us "we only have this many trucks", they had 4 and showed us the interiors. I asked specifically for a front 3 seater truck and no carpet. They had just one perfect for me. So I went for it. We sat down He worked with us on the numbers. No run around, just one sheet explaining the costs and fees, very simple. Showed us the features and some ford videos. He prepared the vehicle as we did all the paper work that also went smoothly. Tim in the finance was also very nice.. He explained every detail of the costs and explained every sheet before we signed.. Turns out He remembered us from a previous purchase we had made several years earlier. I'm very happy with my new Ford F150. I would recommend this Jarrett Gordon Ford to anyone and everyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. They are not pushy they care about what you want and what you are looking for and will not push you to purchase something you don't really want. It's your decision.

    The service department took my car in before my appointment schedule. The car porter took me home and picked me up in a very timely fashion, also he was a pleasant guy to ride with. The service was excellent and the only thing that could have made it better was if they would have washed my car before I picked it up as they do back in Indiana.

    My car is a Versa from Nissan and my insurance company had referred me to Jarrett Ford body shop to get my car fixed. So my car was brought in by a towing company. I was told that the body shop was going to contact me once the car arrived to them. After 3 days of no response. I decided to contact the dealership myself. At first they couldn’t locate my car and they told me that they were going to call me back. That never happened. The next day I visited the dealership to see if in fact my car was in that location. The car was there and I wanted to know how long it was going to take to be fixed. After talking to Glenn, his response was 2 to 3 weeks. It end up to be 7 months. The lack of communication, terrible analysis and over priced work. After receiving my vehicle the A/C was not working and after 3 weeks of having my vehicle. The check engine light came on, the oil, coolant system. It lit up like a Christmas tree 🤬.? So overwhelming. This is an E star company. Not happy at all.

    I had an 8 am appointment for vehicle service. Upon arrival to the service desk the customer ahead of me was told it would be two days to take care of his vehicle. He replied he had things to get done and couldn't leave it. I thought he must have a couple things to take care of. When my turn came. I asked to have the emergency break looked at and oil change if needed. I was told to I had to leave it as it would be most of the day before they could look at it. I was very happy to hear that after making an early appointment. I told the clerk I had an appointment for 8am and had a few hrs. but not all day. I was told to bring it back when I can leave it. I asked to make another appointment and was told they don't really make appointments. My time is valuable to me. This is a total disrespect to me and disregard for my time. What a waste of time and fuel. When I made my initial appointment, I was given choices of times. Why? This is not the experience I receive at other dealership services centers. I'll look for another dealer that will have the common courtesy to keep an appointment.

    I am very satisfied with the service received, the only thing that is keeping me from giving that fifth star is the time it took. I made a 12:00 appointment because I had to be in Kissimmee by 3:30, and I was in Orlando that morning for work so I couldn't get in earlier. They didn't pull my vehicle in the shop until almost 2:30 and called me at 3 saying it was ready. I'm glad I didn't sit and wait there! And yes I was late for my 3:30 appointment in Kissimmee.

    Jarrett Gordon Ford had my SUV for 2 1/2 months. When they finally did call to let me know it was finished, I asked, is everything ok with my car. I was told that everything was perfect. I had my feince go pick it up. While there she was told that everything was perfect with the car. Needless to say, they lied because, 5 miles down the road the car broke down with my feince and 1 year old Grand daughter in the car. Than when I called them, all I got was excuses. Now, My car is back with this incompetent dealership. I will never take anything to them again. I would not even allow them to mow my lawn.

    Brought my Ford C-Max to be serviced. I knew I needed two new tires and wiper blades. I appreciate the 120-point inspection they gave the car. While they were at work, I relaxed in one of the three areas they provide for customers and enjoyed a cup of complimentary coffee. They tossed in an unsolicited car wash at no charge. Very thorough, very polite.

    The first oil change I scheduled, my father took my car in and it took more than 5 hours...he was provided the service free of charge as a result, so I suppose that's something? The second oil change, which again was scheduled, took me over 2 1/2 hours. I just called to schedule a third...I know, it sounds foolish at this point...the first service person said to just bring it in. Since the wait is rediculous, even when scheduled, I asked to make an appointment. The girl that he transferred me to was flat out rude and sounded as if I was massively inconveniencing her by trying to make an appointment. I hung up on her half way through the conversation and called a different dealership. The folks there were very professional and happily set the appointment. How does Jarrett Ford get any return business? Very unprofessional.

    I came to my appointment a little early, the department wasn’t super busy, so I was able to get in and out quickly. My explorer was checked over thoroughly, and the needed maintenance was completed. Lounge area was comfortable, Staff was great!

    I've searched for reliable auto service ever since I moved to Florida in late 2015. I've been burned more than once, a couple of times by nationally known service brands. I'm very grateful that I had the good fortune to discover Jarrett Gordon Ford Lincoln. They took the time to actually show me why my vehicle needed the replacements. The service advisors also took the time to find the best value for my money. This is the kind of business that you always hope that you are able to do business with. I received excellent service, completed in a reasonable amount of time, and at bottom line price which didn't contain any surprises. They are, without a doubt, my first choice for auto service and repair. Jarrett Gordon is more than thirty minutes from my home, and it's well worth the drive.

    In Jan. 2022 warning lights (ABS Stability & hill assist) came on; a wheel sensor was the problem. Transit was repaired promptly within the estimated time. My Transit suffered serious body damage when struck by debris on I 75. Glen, the body shop manager, was a great help with dealing with my insurance company. At the scheduled time the repairs were completed and the car is like new. My Ford Transit was moved to a service bay promptly at the appointment time and was given the oil change/multi-point service by Ezequiel who graciously gave me some tips on more easily accessing the dashboard features. I always like to take the Transit in for a 'wellness' check before heading out on a road-trip and Alex understood that wish on my part to forestall any chance of a preventable problem while out of town. I have no intention of ever using another dealer. I received a recall notice in mid-July Jarrett-Gordon quickly made certain the required part was in stock and accomplished the repair within the estimated time.

    I came from Miami to buy a Navigator from Jarrett Gordon Ford/Lincoln. It is the best dealership I have had the pleasure to experience. Ron was my sales advisor, and he went above and beyond to show me the car and make sure it was the right one for me. Unlike other salesmen, he was patient and not pushy at all. When I wanted to go home to decide how I was going to finance it, he didn't resort to any tricks to try to force my hand (unlike another dealership). They gave me an outstanding trade-in offer for my prior vehicle. Tim, my finance advisor, also went above and beyond to help with the process. He was outstanding. He even helped my mom find a part for her Lincoln Truck. All in all, I will shop here again for any future vehicles.

    Made me pay to have a tire with a bubble mounted and balanced when they could of told me before they made me pay and I would of told them to keep the whole tire and let me buy a nakkid rim. They didnt use commonsense and took $25 more then they should of and let me leave the property knowing they put my life and others in danger. I had a full size spare on the vehicle that had been working fine for a fee weeks I could of waited another for a tire to be ordered instead they took advantage of the situation horrible people.

    February 7, 2021 I scheduled an appointment for my vehicle to be serviced at Jarrett Gordon Ford in Winter Haven, Florida. I was greeted promptly upon arrival. I left my car and went to breakfast. The called me when my car was finished. They gave a thorough explanation of the service performed and a synopsis of my safety equipment.     They scheduled my maintenance service, the driver picked up my car and gave me one in case I needed to go out during the time the car was returned to me. They did the job in a reasonable amount of time and returned my car in perfect condition and clean to my home. The driver was very friendly and I remember me from other services previously provided. It was a plesant experience.

    I went to a different Ford dealership due to scheduling and they were rude kept the vehicle overnight with no notification, and failed to fix the issue.     This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Jarrett-Gordon Ford. They have been great. The ordering process through the Ford website is a breeze. The people at the dealership kept us informed and returned our calls throughout the process. Being that we just bought a Mach E the key handover was a little more involved. They had to teach us all the ins and outs of how a Ford Electric vehicle is different. They took their time and were very patient with our questions.

    I went in for the 10,000 mile service on my Ford Ranger. They started on time and completed the service in a timely manner. The waiting room was stocked with coffee, juice and water and a television. The furniture was comfortable and helped to pass the time. Everyone was was polite and helpful.

    From the start when I walked in the door they are very courteous took care of me immediately wrote a ticket said they get it in right away I looked out the window and they brought it in! I was very pleased within 15 minutes I was in and out and had my service performed. I asked about some service that I need to get done in the near future and they explained everything to me I was real happy with them I’d recommend them to any of my friends.

    10/10 will recommend them to anyone! I live in Sebring. Which is a little over an hour from Jarrett/Gordon Ford depending on traffic. They were recommended to me by a distant family member. I called to make an appointment and when I went in the day of the appointment it turned out that whoever I spoke to never made my appointment. But Bobby sue helped me and they test drove my truck and scanned for codes etc. and then we discussed a day the transmission tech would be in. The day I dropped off they got me into a loaner vehicle which eased so much stress with running my own business and I drive a lot of miles. The issue I was having wasn’t a constant thing so I’m so glad it happened while they were test driving and was caught so we could get it fixed! The loaner car I almost did not want to give up lol. They told me it would be about 3 weeks to get the part in to fix my issue with the truck and it turned out only being a little over a week! When I came to drop off the loaner and pick my truck up I noticed they detailed it for me! I have not had any other car lot do this and it truly made my day because I haven't had the time to do it in awhile! I sure will make the hour drive to go to them in the future and when I decide to upgrade they’ll be first on my list to check out! Thank you Bobby sue and everyone for the great stress free experience! Definitely people I feel I can trust to get the job done correctly!

    Jeff Was a great salesman he showed us the the Different trim levels of the Ecosport, he even took the one out of the showroom had to move 4 vehicles but he did it, we ended up buying the one that came out of the showroom. we had to go to the Safe Deposit box at our bank and by the time we came back he had all the figures ready and he used Mid Florida like we requested, we came back to basically sign, he made it very quick and seamless 5 Stars Thank you Jeff

    Went out on a Saturday in search of a new truck. Went to the dealership where I was greeted by Ken Ramka. He asked what my needs/wants were in a vehicle and I showed him a few that I had found online. Looked at them all, test drove a demo, picked out the one that I wanted, and a few hours later, I was on my way home in my new F-150!!! Plus in the meantime, my vehicle was detailed, had a bed liner installed, and was even given a full tank of gas! By far the easiest and fastest car buying experience I have had! The finance department was amazing as well!!! They worked with my lender and had me signing the paperwork in no time!!! The accessories department asked if there were any needs that I was looking for, told them what I wanted, was given my options, and 30 minutes later my bed liner was installed! One stop shopping!!! Highly recommended! This was my first experience with Jarrett-Gordon Ford of Winter Haven, and will not be the last!

    We've been thinking of getting a F-150 for a couple of years and have been to a number of dealers during that time. We weren't in any hurry and nothing really stood out as a slam dunk or as a deal too good to pass up. The 2020 F-150 we found at Jarrett-Gordon Ford in Winter Haven checked all the boxes for us and the buying experience was very professional and couldn't have been any better. We were invited back for a thorough explanation of the features and settings of all the cool bells and whistles. VERY helpful and exciting to see how the technology functions.     Horribly unprofessional and intentionally tried to talk us into a massive costly repair that our vehicle did NOT need. Even took it to a different shop for a second opinion and found out it was ACTUALLY a very minor issue that was easily resolved and is running great again. Then I heard from a guy leaving the lot that they did something similar to his F-150. Talking with a lawyer about bringing a suit or something against these people to stop them from stealing more people's money. Contact me if you want to add to the claim or more information. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE STEAL YOUR MONEY OVER FALSE REPAIRS! THEN APPARENTLY ARGUE WITH THEM OVER LEAVING A REVIEW AND TRYING TO WARN OTHERS. Yeah people talk, watch out for the service advisors here and their irresponsible managers that think people's time and money is a game.

    I never knew anything about this dealership till I seen that they had a truck that I just couldn't live without that was impossible to find in my location or if even the state right now. I was able to call get financing situated over the phone and they offered me a fair trade in value before even seen my car. When we left the car we were told we may need to leave the vehicle overnight depending on the amount of work needing to be done.     I recently had my drivers' side sensors replaced/repaired. All of the ordering and getting my replacement body parts where the sensors are located and painted were taken care of by Bobbie Sue. So instead of not being with a car for a couple of days, I only had to wait three hours at the dealership, thanks to her exceptional customer service. It’s safe to say that when needing my or my wife’s car’s worked, I will be working with Bobbie Sue. The whole dealership as a whole is a class act. I drive over an hour from Orlando because I can’t find a dealership with this experience, from buying a car to getting it serviced.

    Today I sold my 2018 Camaro 2SS 1LE to Jarret-Gordon Ford. The whole process was very quick and painless. It took less than 30 minutes for inspection and paperwork! Archie and Tony made me a very fair offer I could not refuse; an offer in which both parties made money. Is good to know there are still honest people in the auto sales industry. Btw, check out the Camaro. It has less than 15k miles and it’s in mint shape. It won’t last long in their lot.

    I was about 75 miles from home when my car had a serious issue which left it undriveable home. Found Jarrett-Gordon Ford nearby and BOBBIE SUE (service) was more than kind and professional in getting my car fixed.     I have been to this location a couple of times since purchasing my vehicle with them. And I just have say that customer service and everyone there deserves the five stars. When I go to get my oil changed it's always on the weekend, and they always manage to get me in even as a walk-in. The person up front is always very pleasant and always has a smile on his face. They really do go above and Beyond to provide great service to their customers oh, and I will continue to go there for oil changes or anything else I may need.

    I have been using this Ford dealership for 14 years since I retired and moved to Florida. Over this time, I have purchased four new vehicles, all Fusions, from this business. I have truly enjoyed my relationship with the personnel in both the sales and service departments. My latest purchase was a 2020 Fusion on March 31. I took it in for the first scheduled servicing recently and mentioned that the horn was "ill," that it did not sound much like a horn, or that it was anemic. I dealt with Bobbie Sue Murphy in the service department, and in two visits the Fusion has had a "horn transplant" and now sounds healthy---quite so! Plus, it was covered by the car's warranty. I appreciated Bobbie Sue's handling of this matter, and a driver taking me home and picking me up when the Fusion was ready. And, unexpectedly, the vehicle was returned cleaner on the inside and outside, an extra unexpected bonus. Thanks, Jarrett-Gordon for your five-star service! Wes Eby Since I posted the above, a couple of things have happened--one negative that turned to positive and a positive. A few months ago on a routine service of my Fusion, I called and made an appointment. However, when I arrived, I was told that they could not take me right away as there were customers others ahead of me. I questioned why I would make an appointment if the company was not going to honor it. Frustrated, I asked for a ride home, which was provided. In the meantime, I made a formal complaint about the way my appointment was "mis-handled."I received a phone call from a person in the service department with sincere apologies and affirming me in my complaint. I was promised a detailing of my vehicle the next time my car was serviced. Also, the company immediately promulgated the message that all work by the service department would be by appointments only going forward. (Sometimes, the squeaky wheel does get the grease.) I made an appointment yesterday for my next routine service and worked with Bill at the service desk. They honored the detailing "gift" and I am most pleased with the way in which the company serviced and cleaned my Fusion, outside and inside. Plus, the congenial driver, Geraldo, took me home and later returned to take me back to the Ford company. That is why I give this company 5 stars again! Wes Eby

    Pete was an awesome salesmen. I had driven from north fort Myers to Orlando to look at a truck and was lied to about the condition from another dealer. I called around looking for other trucks and stumbled about the Jarrett Gordon dealership. Gave them a quick call about three trucks I was interested in and Pete confirmed the availability. Drove the two hours to be presently surprised by all the trucks waiting at the front door, ready for a test drive with Pete patiently waiting. After driving two of the trucks I settled on a 2013 f150. Pete made the paperwork process quick and painless and within an hour and a half I had the keys with the truck gassed up and detailed. Nice quick prompt service. Next time I’m in the market for a new truck l just save the hassle and give them a call first!

    Will never return to this ford dealer ever again. Had them swap a set of rims on my car they ruined them and striped all the paint around the rims. Now i went for a wheel alignment i was told be there between 3-4 went there at 3 car went on the alignment rack at 3:30 all is good. they start working on my alignment next thing i know the guy working on my car gets pulled off of it and starts on another car. 45 mins went by and now its 4:45 and i heard the guy working on my car and the other car talk to the head shop guy asked what car was more important to get done by 5pm... he said the other car. next thing i know I'm being told my k member is not straight and that it would cost 2100$ and 7 hours of labor to fix it. So i went to another dealer today everything was fine on my car and alignment is done. they even showed me everything was fine on my car, great way to lose 90$

    I've always had a good experience at this location. This time was no different. First, I had to purchase a new vehicle which can often be very stressful. In this case, I new the exact vehicle that I wanted beforehand after doing a lot of research. Ken and Ron helped make the car buying process as smooth as possible. The total process took a few hours, but I was able to drive home that day with my new car! They were extremely helpful and patient with answering all of my questions. There was a recall on my vehicle that they told me about while making the purchase. We were able to schedule an appointment for later that week. Service got me in and out, everyone was kind, plus they had a loaner vehicle ready to go for me when I got there. Thank you!

    Brought my vehicle to the body shop for a warranty repair on my vehicle. The body shop manager, Glen Guerra, was professional and friendly. When the parts arrived I brought the vehicle in for repair and Glen was even concerned if I had transportation home if the repair would take all day. The job was done in a timely manner with excellent results. The customer service was outstanding. Thank you Glen.

    Alex provided me with exceptional service. He was able to get me in right away for a recall (changing the back up camera). I was in and out in an hour and a half. They had free donuts, juice, and coffee in the waiting area, so that was nice. I didn’t have breakfast that day so I was able to snack while I waited. Waiting area wasn’t too crowded.

    Kelwing Natale just sold us our 2021 Ford Escape. I had an appointment and the car was ready for me to look at. I went in just looking and he allowed me to do that and gave me my space. He was knowledgeable with no pressure. When I decided to trade my car in the process was quick and easy. I enjoy my new Ford and I am happy with my decision.

    I recently purchased a used car at this dealership. The salesman I dealt with was Michael Vasquez. He communicated with me by email and text days before I was able to see the vehicle in person. He was no pressure, laid back and professional. He answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease. The dealership was about thirty eight miles from my Orlando home, but worth the drive. Jarrett- Gordon Ford, Lincoln in Winter Haven is a very nice, clean dealership that has a small home town feel to it. The finance Manager , Tim Vogel was very knowledgeable and helpful with my purchase options. I highly recommend this dealership and salesman if you need a new or used car in the future.

    Will not be coming back here. Brought my 2018 f150 in for valve slap and Robert Bohn told me I had a broken piston and needed a whole new motor without doing any diagnostics. I don't appreciate being lied to and can only imagine how many people he has done this to before. Also it's not good practice to call and argue with customers over Google reviews. UPDATE truck had a stuck lifter and did not need a new motor. I highly recommend Bartow Ford. They are honest and competent. Do not go to Jarrett Gordon Ford for vehicle services. I reached out to the service manager and was told Robert Bohn should be upset for getting called a liar and that there is nothing he can do about this.

    I had a very pleasant experience at Jarrett-Gordon Ford in Winter Haven. Chuck Watson was my sales guy, and he was very kind and considerate of my time and wanted to make sure I had a good experience. Tim in the finance office did a great job trying to search out the best deal for me. This is the second vehicle I've bought there, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their dealership.
