I tried calling ahead to make an appointment to open an account. I went through endless prompts and never reached a person. Don't bother with a phone if you aren't going to have at least one option too speak with someone. My time is important and I make appointments rather than be treated like part of the herd in any lobby.

I've been to every branch in Polk and this one is the slowest. Its insane. 30 minutes to make a deposit in the drive thru. Edit. Sitting in this line, 2 months after my review and Midflorida "checking" on this, it's still the same. Currently sitting here for 15 minutes and no cars have moved. All the reviews are the same. Do yourself a favor and go to any other branch but this one.

Came in to make deposits for my job today. I was tapping my fingers and Kathy stated I quote you, "Stop doing that drumming it gets on my nerves , do you need a lollipop or something". Very welcoming to on going customer and a business!!

Poor communication amongst team members. Called ahead of time to verify availability of a check and was given the response of 48 hours. Called after deposit and was told 6 business days. Timing is a huge deal when working with large amounts of money and “sorry we don’t know why they would tell you that” isn’t sufficient for an excuse.

This is absolutely ridiculous! I have sat in the drive-thru for over 45 minutes just to deposit a check! The manager of this branch needs to do something and have more than two people working the drive-thru, especially when the lobby is closed! My family and I are seriously considering banking somewhere else, unless we see a vast improvement!

Horrible bank . Charged me late fee 10 times of $5 then $30 4 times all for the same issue, $185 in total . Never got a call or a message saying me account is in negative. I never use my card so I didn’t bother to check my account . Went to MIDFLORIDA in person and a worker said they can’t do nothing was not helpful at all.

I went to the branch in Auburndale the doors didn’t open at 9 my self and another customer waited 5 mins before they decided to unlock the door. Then , i was treated like a criminal after wanting to open up a business account. Although, I had all of my paperwork the office staff treated me as if I was trying to commit a crime. She constantly talked about fraud . I have never been so livid. I’ve been a member of this bank for over 16 years and for the first time considered closing my account.

Who ever is the manager of this branch in Auburndale must be one of the worst managers in any Bank I ever seen. I stood in line with only one person in front of me for over 30 mins with one person working drive-thru and front counter. The time was 9am and there was literally one person in drive-thru and three to four people in line waiting for one person. My favorite part is that all the other employees will look away as they make eye contact with you knowing they are being lazy and not even making an effort to treat their customers. Do you really need to sit there and watch the copier scan papers. Maybe I'm asking too much for these Bank employees here. I saw 6 employees walking around and talking. As someone who has a autoimmune disease this was very discouraging. I'm going to switch Banks. Since I moved to this side of town and this is totally unacceptable. This manger needs to be replace ASAP! Maybe I'm asking too much, I'm just confuse that they have like 10 register counter spaces. I can see they took after the Walmart ideology. Thanks for being the worst bank I ever been to. Positive note the building was clean and looked nice.

Not very happy with this branch this morning. When I pulled up to the drive up there was one car in front of me. Two other cars pull up and both of them where waited on before me. I was there waiting more then 5 minutes while the tellers where talking with who ever pulled up. I guess it is who you know to get waited on and it’s not who is there first.

Tried to exchange 4 20's into $10s. Was told I needed an account to do so, I thought that is what banks are for.... Just moved to the area looking for a new bank and have a significant amount to deposit but I guess this bank has enough customers, based on that horrible customer service I can take my money elsewhere.
