Truist Bristow Center Dr, Bristow

I have been dealing with this SunTrust branch for decades. They are always professional, friendly and efficient. I keep a personal and a business checking account with them. I purchase foreign currency through them when I travel. It takes a day to get the foreign money but their rates are much lower than you get at airports or little money shops in Europe. Unfortunately their savings account rates and CD rates are below what Discover offers. But it is nice to have a local bank where staff remembers you.

Suntrust in Bristow Safeway is no longer, but is still listed in the suntrust lineup. Have to drive far/ wide to find a staffed Saturday lobby.

Fix your ATM deposit function. It doesn’t work.

Suntrust needs to get rid of the word trust in their name. Charged me $3 at an atm for checking balance. They should be called sunfraud with all the shady things they do. Worst bank I've ever had. They precisely know when to release pending charges so that they can make their money on their ridiculous overdraft fees. I will be closing my account and my husband will close his business account and take out money elsewhere. SUNFRAUD
