Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Braemar Vlg, Bristow

I had a great experience at this branch. Prince was so Professional and kind. Helped to me and my wife with opening new accounts and applying Credit cards. Also, He was very patient about our questions. He guided too well and gave a lot of information about banking. I can not thank him enough. Also I'm using their drive-thru ATM and they are always in-service whenever I need.

visited this location 3x.. first was for simple ATM use. 2nd, I went to deposit my fiancée's check as she did not have a bank account and was denied due to the name on the check regardless if the check was signed and verbally confirmed over the phone. Other locations did not have any issue helping me at all. Today, my 3rd visit, I was also turned away again due to them not having a machine for a Bank of America issued U.I debit card. Glad this is not my main location. only came to this location due to it being close to my place of work. but never again. well only for ATM use I will visit.

I had a wonderful experience at this branch last week. Rasti was exceptionally professional and pleasant to work with. I have visited other BofA branches and this one by far has been the best one. Keep up the great work. Thank you.

If regular business were run like banks, they would all be out of business. They hide behind counters and 800 #s to disguise their horrible customer service. It's a joke. ATMs are normally broken, everyone standing around and have the nerve to charge customers for simple tasks like wires or money orders. Cant wait until the dollar crashes and all of these horrible business close. The only nice part is the new look. #meaningless to BANKING customers

Just walked out after 20 min of no service. I've had better experiences at this location so was disappointed. Perhaps because an afternoon visit during the week? Was only 2:45 and just wanted notary services but I also observed only 1 teller to serve inside and 1 on the the position of drive-through teller. Need to be more consistent on providing good service.

Went to cash a check, they only had 1 teller and a long line, after for my turn my transaction required a manager override, after waiting for her to arrive she greeted me because i did not say good morning to her they refused to follow thru with my transaction, then was threaten with security... Then for a cherry on top they called my boss for some reason

They were closed early (an hour before the listed hours on the door) 3 days in a row. They don't care about their customers needs.

Went to open an account for my wife. The thin customer service lady that remains nameless was super snobbish with my wife and condescending; when my wife said where she was from. I got news for you this is a country of foreigners and is a melting pot of many nationalities of different backgrounds. Message to this uneducated employee, you were talking to a PhD lawyer. Bank of America get yourselves good and respectful employees because you have just confirmed through this employee that your level of customer service didn't go up for the last 16 years...

They have been so helpful every time I go in and I always leave satisfied. I didn't go in for a year and a half and two people remembered me by name and asked me about my family like they really remembered and cared about my sorry. It may not be helpful when it comes to baking but it's nice to have a small town feel in such a large area.
