I recently had to move from a big two-story home to one-level living. Tim Forman was my realtor. Every home we went to see was under contract before i could decide yes or no. Finally, a 'coming soon' listing popped up and Tim got the first showing appointment, advised me what was necessary to make the offer impossible to resist and i got the house! He then represented me to sell the old house. He worked hard at open houses and sold it for top price. His advice throughout always proved sound. He remained cool when i got frustrated. We worked with Suzanne Leake to purchase our home, and it was a great experience from start to finish. She was very personable, took all of our wants into consideration, took us to see houses in various locations so we could decide where we wanted to move to, and escalated showing us houses once our old house sold.
