Truist Centreville Rd, Manassas

I have been to this branch here and there in probably the last 5 years or so. Overall haven't had issues with my banking transactions at the location. I did notice about two years ago when they were merging with BB&T a lot of the tellers at all branches had to start really being more strict with deposits and withdrawals - not sure if that's because of bank examiners checking things prior to a merger. Will say that anytime I've tried to any type of deposit of a check signed over to me - at any bank company/location - they are already immediately on high alert - just because.

The people that work in this location have one of the worst customer service, they’re super mean, unhelpful and slow

This branch should have had its lobby open 8 months ago. Allow your customers in and put social distancing markers on the floor like literally every other business in this country. Just the latest in a long list of customer service issues with this branch...

Since when does a bank not take CASH for a deposit to someone’s account??? Tried to deposit $200 to someone’s account and had to leave and go get a money order. Get back and asked to call the person I was depositing for!!! REALLY possibly laundering 200 dollars....

Horrible customer service!! We dealt with Gloria who would not even allow us to deposit a Suntrust check that was signed over to me, into my Suntrust account! then pointed to a passage in a Suntrust book as the reason and it never mentioned anything about the transaction!

Suntrust locked my account because I tried to use their Zelle app, they said my account had suspicious activity. It didn't matter that I called and verified that I was the one making the transaction. Yesterday they blocked my credit card for suspicious activity.....I was shopping on-line for Christmas. I called and verified the transactions.....card is still locked. Phone calls go to another country and they have no power to correct anything. I have used Suntrust for over 30 years, I think I am done.

I can never deposit checks into my account. Costs me money and my customers get angry at the hassle. Every time they don't like the way checks are made out to my business, and its insane.

Awful customer service me and my father walked in to SunTrust at 9:45am and made a direct cash deposit into our SunTrust bank account and the deposit didn't even show up. We contacted the branch manager who then told us that "something went wrong in the back" and couldn't even explain or help us understand why our cash deposit has not shown up. We have moved our accounts since to Wells Fargo and so far have been etremely happy. I hope this helps anyone thinking about banking with Suntrust

I hate banks its nerve wrecking experience entering to apply for a loan not knowing what to expect. Marian was immediately attentive to my boyfriend and I in helping us through a stressful incident. Not only was she attentive, but she made sure of different options we could apply for and what was best for our circumstances. Also, she is not the type of person who just wants to clock out once she's spoken to you, she makes sure you're more than satisfied and have received what you were seeking by checking up on you. If youre in need of some honest help she's the one. She has me as a client forever, and I promise of you enter Suntrust that you will not be disappointed by her service.

Wow. Been banking with Suntruat now Truist for 36 years. This is the worst branch, customer service, everything experience. Awful experience
