I usually don’t write reviews. However, I had too for the pleasant experience I had buying a car from Executive Auto. Bruce was patient and very informative. I never felt rushed or pushed into buying a car. Which was a relief from my past car buying experience. My daughter is graduating high school this year and we decided to get her a car. I am happy to say his inventory of cars are top notch and very clean. Almost a month has gone by and no issues with the vehicle. I had some tag issue with the car but Bruce immediately address my concern and got everything resolved. Good customer service is hard to find these days. His professionalism and honesty was greatly appreciated. I will be buying another car from him in the future. 5 out 5 Stars!!!!!! 😀😀😀😀😀👍🏽

My wife and I visited Executive Auto Finance about a month ago. Bruce was really nice and made us feel welcomed in his shop. He give us permission to test drive the car as long as we needed. He was extremely professional and did not pressure us buying the car. We drove there from Mt Airy, Maryland and let me tell you that if the opportunity arise, we will certainly buy another car from him. We end up buying a 2011 Mercedes S550 and it was in perfect condition. A stain was in the back seat and the spare tire was missing. We did buy the car and and left for home after signing all the paperwork. Bruce ordered the spare tire and was able to have that stain remove. The car was inspected again in Maryland and pass with flying colors. Peoples if you are looking for a used car, DO NOT WAIST your time with the big dealership that have no customer services. WE are extremely happy with the car and looking forward to work with Bruce again in the near future. You have a customer for years to come. Again Thank You Bruce. It was worth the trip.

Greatest experience ever buying a car!! Was looking for 5 weeks & almost spent unnecessary money. Called EXECUTIVE on Tuesday afternoon & spoke with Bruce(THAT DUDE) & he was waiting for my call. Sent me a application through text in 2mins for credit approval & that's it. It's Wednesday afternoon & I have a new Tahoe that's I got 3,200 under value.

After looking all over, I found what I was looking for at Executive Auto. They were 5 hrs away and I was taking a gamble driving up site unseen, but the Executive team made sure the process went beyond smooth. I felt more confident about making the trip every time I talked with them. We had everything handled with trade, loan, etc before I ever got there, so I was able to test drive and be on my way back home in no time! The truck I bought had significantly lower miles than any others I found in its age/price range, and was in even better shape than I expected. These guys know how to find great cars with a little miles on them. Don't let those miles scare you, though, because they stand by their reputation when it comes to selling great vehicles.
