    Had an amazing experience at this Nissan. I called in and asked if the car I wanted was in stock. Mario was quick to assist. I went in and looked at the car I wanted and Mario was more than happy to work with me and get me the things I needed within my price range. I’ll admit, as a first time buyer I was terrified to go in and make a decision that could impact me negatively but I did not feel pressured to make a decision. I was listened to and respected. So thankful for Mario and everyone else at Nissan today, and I’m so thankful I got to drive my beautiful 2022 Nissan Sentra home tonight. 10/10 definitely recommend.

    One of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had! Daisy was honest, straightforward and ensured I was happy throughout the process. The used car I purchased had quite a few scratches that the manager Miguel agreed to remove when I purchased the vehicle. After the first round of body work I was not pleased with the outcome, however, Miguel sent the car back for additional painting to ensure I was satisfied. I definitely recommend this great team for your next Nissan!

    Recently purchased a Nissan Murano with Daisy and her service was great!! I initially sent an email inquiry on the car and received several responses from different sales reps, but Daisy was very friendly and informative from the beginning and I didn’t feel like she was being deceptive like some dealers I’ve experienced in the past. When I went in for a test drive she had the car already waiting for me and though I didn’t plan to buy this car, her and one of the managers, Hudson, worked hard to get me a good deal and I just couldn’t pass it up. I absolutely love the car and so happy with how helpful Daisy was through the whole process. I recommend buying a car with her or at this location, I think it’s the best Sheehy in the area!     I worked with Daisy, and she was AMAZING! She helped me get the exact car I wanted, and worked with me tremendously. She is super responsive and helpful. There was a very small mishap with my car radio and she got me in to get it fixed immediately. The service team was very fast, I was in and out.     Stopped in today to assist my elderly Mom review a deal. Been in motor vehicle sales myself for 9 years as sales and sales manager. Can’t say enough about how great they did. Michael was personable, respectful, attentive, polite and knowledgeable. Took the time to understand Mom’s needs and ensured she understood everything. Offered to do re-delivery as needed and be available. “Little Freddie” in F&I was the same. Paid attention to detail and respected our wishes. Made sure all of our choices were understood. Drew proposed an extremely fair deal on the transaction. He was involved and ensured he was available. As with most lots, the perfect vehicle was not available in their inventory. They found it and immediately took a several hour trip during DC rush hour to get the vehicle and was able to finish the transaction later in the day. Great job to all. These guys deserve lunch on the big boss. If you need a Nissan, this is the place to get it. Ask for the guys I mentioned.

    I first started my experience with Sheehy Nissan when I first called Issac Bermudez took on my case. I was looking for a very specific model, and despite their low stock, he was on the look out for me. Cut to a full week later, Issac gives me a call about a customer who walked away from the car I wanted! I was ecstatic, so much so I didn't pay much attention to the price. I would say the original offer was an average price for this particular market (April 2022). However, I got a call from another dealer even after we had talked financing, and gotten most of our numbers sorted out. Issac, displaying incredible patience, helped me get the price down to a point where I was completely satisfied! I couldn't be happier with the experience at Sheehy and with Issac's service.

    UPDATE: On the 7th day of owning this car the transmission went out! This has soured the entire experience. We haven’t even received the tags yet. Called and spoke to a manager and the response was, sometimes that happens. For lack of concern, the 5 stars are now 1. Absolutely hands down the best car shopping experience ever! Michael (sales), Migel (manager), and Silvana (finance) provided top notch service. They were friendly, professional, and didn’t waste our time. I would buy from them in the future.

    JESUS was informative, he explained everything as needed. My problem , or issue comes from: I came in to have basic service done , and I’m not really sure that it was. My tires were rotated, (front to back)but they were not filled to acceptable pressure( they were not fill at all) I know this because I have been monitoring them ( and the warning ⚠️ light came on again today.😏) nor were the fluids refilled. Makes me wonder what else was not done. Not a good feeling. This was my first visit.

    I brought my truck in because the radio/navigation doesn’t work until I drive for 10-15 mins and have had times when I go to start the truck with the push button and nothing happens and takes a few attempts before it starts. When I brought in I told them I was going out of town for 10 days so they would have time to repair the truck. I dropped the truck off for the $188 computer test and shortly after I dropped it off I got the call it was fixed and the problem was I had an off market phone charger which I have had for the 5 years I have the truck with no problems and when I picked it up the problem still occurred

    Buyer Beware!!! Sheehy Nissan of Manassas sold me a car that could not pass inspection. I purchased a used 2013 Veloster through this dealership in February of 2020. This car had a state inspection done by Sheehy Nissan of Manassas on the 22nd of January 2020 and passed prior to my purchase. Not even a year after I bought the car, I took it back today on 12th for a routine oil change as well as a state inspection and they failed my car due to my exhaust pipes not reaching all the way through to my rear bumper. The car also had no exhaust hangers to hold the pipes in place. The exhaust pipes have had nothing done to them while I owned the car. They were just as is prior to me purchasing the car and them originally passing the inspection of the car to be sold. The only thing I have done with the Veloster is take it in to this dealership for routine maintenance and their multipoint inspections. During these service visits NOTHING was ever said to me about the exhaust pipes. Pretty sure I was scammed and sold a car that was doomed to fail inspection. Also, after speaking with the sales and service department after the car failed inspection the only thing they said to me was "We don't know what could have happened to the car in a year". Really??? I have all of the paperwork and so should they. Looks like they just tried to hide this issue and falsely pass it for the initial inspection to get it off of their hands. Oh, and one more thing about their service and technicians. Right after purchasing the Veloster they said it needed to be serviced and cleaned up prior to me picking it up. I received a phone call after they serviced it telling me their technicians overflowed the engine with oil and the head gaskets on the car needed to be replaced. I should have just backed out of this purchase and ran away when that happened. I gave them a chance as they replaced the damaged parts for free and two weeks later I was able to get the car. They are scammers and I would look elsewhere if you are looking for a used vehicle. This should have been brought to my attention prior to purchasing AND also during the course of the many service appointments I took it in to this dealership. Photos added of my exhaust that THEY sold me and then failed!

    Horrible horrible horrible service department! You need to be ready to ruin your day just to reaching them by phone! Service advisor is very rude lady from “RUDE” and of course by tradition she is trying to be “BOSS” and rude to customers! In general the dealership is very bad and no need consumption merchandise in there!

    I bought a new car from here in 2016, and had a great experience, so we figured we’d try them again since we were in the market for a used vehicle, and they had one we liked. Ultimately we didn’t end up purchasing a car this time from them, but I still wanted to write a review because Omar was so great. Over the last few weeks I have dealt with countless dealerships trying to find the perfect used car, at the perfect price, and Omar was by far my favorite salesman. He was honest, up front and just a good guy. I wish I would have bought a car just to give him the sale, we just couldn’t get to a price we agreed on in this market. There should be more salesmen like Omar!

    Came in to look at a big family car with my mom. Mario greeted us as soon as we got out in the parking lot and was so helpful from that point on. Even though we had to come back the next day because it was getting late, Mario and his team continued to work on financing for us and got us to a number we were happy with.     Worst customer service (Drew). Finance guy is very cool. I called kirna and asked them if have the car and can i get it today(she told car is available). After coming to showroom they told to do the signing up and paperwork. Once the paperwork is done they told i will get the car tomorrow and the next day afternoon she told the car is sold last night for some else . Then we tried calling the drew but they did not reply so we reached to the showroom. Then gave the quotation to other car with same specifications and options exactly and asked us to pay 1800 more and we discussed and they we came to the deal for 1500 more then we started the new paperwork when we are signing the paperwork we got to know that some how the amount increased to 2250 . When i started asking questions about why the difference and try then Drew Arthurton took the paperwork from us and gave rude talk that i will sell to someone else. We have already have credit check and we traveled to two days for this paperwork so we took the car for 2250. But this is worst customer service. I would never recommend to any one else. I am trying to contact the owner and I will update the review if i get reply from owner.

    ~It’s a 4.5 for me~ Shout out to Daisy who is as cheerful as her name! Daisy is a great communicator—she’s good at replying to text messages and does not shy away from giving calls. She’s also really helpful when it comes to being an effective liaison and makes sure that my questions or issues are addressed. Thanks, Daisy :) P.S. Shout out to Ash as well! Overall, I enjoyed the experience of getting my very first car at this dealership. The staff were helpful throughout the whole process and they made it very convenient given the pandemic as well.

    Although I have a nissan dealer within 10 miles of home, the one I also purchased my vehicle from, I have been very unsatisfied with the service at that location. So I looked to the next location. Sherman, was extremely helpful, kind, professional, and answered all of my questions quickly and seemed happy to assist- this is hard to find these days. The service was completed earlier than expected and although I had several things done and very high bill because of it- everything was completed and done well. I am extremely happy with my experience and will definitely return for all future service needs. If I buy another Nissan, then yes, I would buy from this location. 6 out of 5 stars for Sherman and the technicians who serviced my vehicle.

    I really like this dealership, when I came in I honestly didn't know exactly what I was looking for in a newer used vehicle. Michael, the young man that met with me was patient as I tried to decide on what I wanted. He didn't mind bringing vehicles up front for me to look at and or to drive.     I just want give my personal experience with this dealership and with the sales associate. Fortunately I had a great experience with Estevan Stamatakis. I went in with a car I had already seen online. However once speaking with Estevan he was able to get me into something that was more aligned to my key wants in a car. He made sure to ask what I was looking for in a car and also make personal references to his personal choices if he were to purchase for his own family. The key is to ask the right questions and know what key components you want from your future vehicle (ex: luxury, reliability, sporty etc). There was even small details where we weren't on the same page, however he made sure to speak with his manager to work things out. I truly am thankful and happy with my experience and my car purchase.

    So happy with the great customer service (and patience) my wife and I received from salesman Mike Haidery while shopping for the perfect car last week. There was absolutely no pressure to decide quickly and Mike showed us a variety of quality vehicles while sweating on a hot day with us! We love the 2017 Murano SV AWD and it has everything we wanted- keyless ignition, excellent audio package, Sirius radio, new tires, and a powerful V-6 engine. In addition, Mike made sure that we had a second key for the vehicle and ensured it had a car wash and was full of gas before we left. A very good dealership experience! Mike hasn’t been there for very long but he was very knowledgeable and really made sure that we were happy. Much appreciated!

    We have the VIP service pass, we get the car oil change for free whenever needed, people are nice and helpful. But of course since they are certified Nissan dealership their prices are not cheap. As a customer in the wait area they have a coffee machine. With different choices of drinks and it's a pet friendly wait area, take a look at the pictures.

    I had a great experience at the dealership! I’ve been to many before and this was by far the best! I do not understand how Christian and AJ made the entire process so quick and smooth without making me feel like I was rushing through my decision. Silvana explained all the financial aspects of the deal without skipping a beat and was great with our rowdy toddlers. Overall their entire team made us feel welcomed and part of the family!

    If you want a place that is friendly and has great customer service Sheehy Nissan of Manassas is the place for you. I came in and was greeted by one of the sales consultants by the name of Eric Wade . This guy was great informative , polite and did whatever he could do to help me. Then once i made my mind up on what vehicle i wanted to purchase Eric made the trade in process seem easy and always kept me informed step by step. Thanks Eric for the great customer service. I was then taken to Tony Habibi Finance Manger who worked with me on getting things i needed as for as warranty for the vehicle. He answered my question and listened when i told he what i was looking for. He was able to get everything i need and really appreciate the time and patience he had with me.     I wanted to sell my GT350 so I received a quote from them for a certain price. I asked for $2k more and they said the tires were a concern so $65k was all they could do. They agreed on the price. When I took the car in, they said the car needed new rear tires and would need to deduct $800 from the sale, after the paperwork had been signed and a few days of my car sitting in the parking lot. The manager and supposedly GM said I would have to agree to deduct $800 from the price of the car or take the car back, after they sent the check to my bank. After the paperwork was complete and the check was at my bank. They aren’t honest and went back on their word from the used cars sales manager, the manager and GM. We are selling the car to upgrade and if we had known what we would be dealing with, would have chose a different route. I wouldn’t recommend you sell your car here in a million years. Even after the paperwork was signed, they went back on their word! It is a very poor way to conduct business

    As a repeat customer, I stopped in and mentioned to Jon Picon in the Service Department that I was interested in a new car. He walked me over to the Sales Department and introduced me to Carlos Cabrera in the Sales Department. I explained what I was looking for and found a car that perfectly suited my needs. Carlos was very patient, explained everything fully, and was very helpful. He wasn’t a “pushy” salesperson, which I appreciated very much. Everyone I worked with was professional and friendly.     This review is ONLY for the service department. The staff is really friendly however, if you're going for an oil change, dont. Or at least expect to be there for about 3 hours. This is the 3rd time I've gone for an oil change (the rest I've been elsewhere). The first time it was 3 hours, the second time it was just over an hour (and I had voiced my concerns about my previous experience), and now again with the ridiculous wait. Now I will say this time also included a tire rotation but still- it shouldn't take 3 hours... One thing that is super helpful is they're dog friendly. But they really need to rip the carpet up. Its disgusting.

    Had an appointment for 1pm for a oil change and tire rotation. He tried to up sell for Alignment, Induction cleaning and brake fluid change, at check in, without even seeing the car, stating it's recommended, (not by Nissan...), 2019 with 37k miles, somehow he tricked me into agreeing to a $20 oil additive and a $20 fuel additive by pointing at a card that listed some services and I said fine. Totally ignored my complaint of the infotainment system problems that they didn't fix when I brought in under warranty. My car didn't go back to the mechanic for 2 hours, for 2 hours it sat in the check in area. I have no complaint with the work the mechanic did, but 2 1/2 hours for an "express" oil change and tire rotation with an appointment. All I got as a response when I expressed how unhappy I was "Well it's a holiday", it was veterans day, unfortunately not a day everyone gets off of work... If he would have told me when I checked in it could be a couple of hours I would have left and gone to one of the quick lube places. Just totally inconsiderate and dismissive of my time, and walked away while I was complaining like he didn't have time for me...

    It started with a phone call to inquire about a beautiful car I found online. I had been searching for the right vehicle for a couple of weeks with no luck. However, that changed when I decided to call Sheehy Nissan of Manassas. I first spoke with Hudson when I reached out about the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about the car and I decided to actually go look at it. When I arrived, I was greeted by the salesman, Michael Zoidze. He was very professional and went above and beyond to help me. I have to say that I am pretty impressed with how quickly the finance department got me in and out of the store, too.     When I decided to purchase a small SUV, it didn’t take long do narrow my search down to a few models. I chose a Nissan Rogue for its combination of great tech and safety features and competitive price. A quick search and all the usual sites led me to Sheehy Nissan of Manassas, as they had good inventory of new and used vehicles. Contacting them by email, Daisy Torres responded quickly, with a few friendly and informed questions about the features I was looking for. I gave her my requirements and she identified two vehicles which were on the lot and in my budget. I arranged an appointment with Daisy, and arriving, she had both vehicles ready for my test drive. The entire time I spent in the dealership was less than three hours, and I received a good deal including financing. I chose an extended warranty which was also well-priced. I recommend Sheehy Nissan of Manassas wholeheartedly, and would like to offer a special shout out to Daisy. She’s professional, efficient, and sincere. I’ve make a good relationship with this dealership, especially given the after-purchase attention to my questions.

    I have a 2011 Nissan Armada with over 100,000 miles. I have done much of my own work. I just finished driving to the West Coast and back over 12 days and when it wasn't snowing I noticed my AC was weak. Brad, a service manager at Sheedy Nissan, immediately took care of me and worked out the least expensive method of restoring my AC to perfection. In less than 24 hours and two visits, I was fully operational. Nice to work with fellow Marines, even generations apart. I can't complain about 100% satisfaction except to say why is that not the norm everywhere! Thank you! Great job and I will be back, but hopefully not too soon!

    I recently bought a new Nissan Kicks from Sheehy Nissan. As we all know, the new car market is crazy, and they didn’t have any on the lot. Although the car’s arrival kept getting pushed back, I was okay with it because they gave me a loaner until it came in. And I didn’t even trade in my old car to them! (Gave it my mom instead.) Drew especially was really great. I should also mention that I got a price there that nobody else could beat. This was the first time I’ve ever bought a brand new car, and they made it so pleasant! Will definitely buy from them again!

    We brought our Nissan van in to resolve an issue with the heater no longer blowing hot. This was fixed after a few days, however when we picked up the vehicle there was a new issue. A lot of vibrations and rattling noises coming from the dashboard, which was NOT there when we dropped it off. The service advisor (Sherman) constantly talked down and over my wife when she drove the vehicle back to the dealership 10 minutes after picking it up. He said the new issue was because leaves got into the blower motor and that it was bound to happen and wasn't their fault, instead he said he would fix it for $200. Again, this was NOT an issue until the repair and very likely was a result of their work and the blower sucking in the leaves during this time. We expect Nissan to fix this for free. I asked the service advisor (Sherman), who was very rude and ignoring us, to have the service manager call me to discuss but he has not called. I will never recommend Sheehy dealerships to anyone and will suggest they buy from other dealers. Over a year ago, I brought this same van to a different Sheehy dealership (Warrenton) for a VIP oil change. They proceeded to lift the van by the body causing damage to the rocker panels. I have provided an estimate for the repair to Sheehy and a year later am still waiting for this to be resolved. Customer service is severely lacking at all of the Sheehy dealerships.

    I can’t say enough about my experience at Sheehy. I actually went to the wrong dealer, but decided to see what Sheehy had since I was there. I talked with Michael who was not only professional, but personable. After having come from a car dealership that was giving me the hard sell spiel with no doubt that it was all about commission, this was a welcome and refreshing experience. I did not feel pressured, but actually learned a lot. I felt heard and valued and they gave me a great deal and I feel like I will always be a member of their “family”. We dealt with the service advisor Sherman, he usually takes care of us this time but he was extremely rude with us and rushed. We had our car serviced here since we bought the car here and had our heated seats installed since their sales manager at the time messed up the purchase of our car, plenty of mistakes were made the multiple times we came here but we shrugged it off and still supported them this time. Our heated seat stopped working and they said they didn't want to touch it because it's aftermarket which I understand but when I bought the car here and had the heated seats installed I asked the manager if they would still be covered under factory warranty and he said yes, but now they are saying they have no record of the heated seats being installed but we bought the car there and had them installed as a part of the deal. We also asked about a shift lock cap that randomly popped off and was never found after they replaced one of our tires and when we brought that up he just raised his voice and kept telling us "go to parts. Go to parts. Go to parts" and he ended up yelling it and speaking over us and not allowing us to speak. It was incredibly rude and the people in the lobby saw this. Sad how you can support a business soo much even after many many mistakes but this time I'm not sure I will be back. On top of all this since they knew they did an awful job servicing our vehicle, they never ended up emailing us a survey about our service, that's how they dodge those low score service surveys.

    It was similar to previous appointments. I was given periodic updates and was given their recommendations. It was a little long as I was there for 3 and a half hours. The transmission fluid and alignment of the front tires put the final bill at over $450 and this was with some very good VIP discounts,

    The work was performed fine for my car, but what I am not happy about is the fact that when I bought my car I bought the VIP Club membership which says that I should get a complementary car wash every time I get service done. Currently this dealer is not providing this service at all, I asked for the car wash and the manager told me that I had to wait 2-3 hours for the car wash if I wanted it. The manager at this store is very rude and this is the second time that he has been rude at answering questions regarding the car wash. I don't understand why do you offer these services if you are not going to hold your part of the deal.

    My hubby and I purchased a 2020 Kicks S from Sheehy Nissan of Manassas on Friday, April 8, 2022. The process was, by far, the most seamless car buying experience for the both of us. We just needed something to get us safely from Point A to Point B and back without any issues, something with low mileage, and decent fuel efficiency considering today's economy and the fact that he can walk to work while I refuse to drive into D.C. daily (but need something to drive to Shady Grove Metro or a MARC station). I scheduled an appointment to test drive a 2019 model, and when we arrived late (smh), everyone was still pleasant, and the car was waiting for us. Our salesperson was Carlos Cabrera, and he was AMAZING. He was kind, patient, not pushy at all, and answered any questions we had. He really knows his stuff! He didn't try to push anything that would break our bank, and I was happy he provided comparison printouts between the 2019 model we were considering and the 2020 model we eventually left with. In addition to working with Carlos, our finance manager was Ako Ahmadi who was very personable. He worked out the numbers so that we left with a monthly payment that we're comfortable making. Both my husband and I appreciated the fact that he provided items that showed up in our credit reports that we could look into to dispute. All in all, I don't think the process took any longer than two-and-a-half hours including test driving a couple of vehicles, time provided for us to consider our options to ourselves, waiting for no more than 15 mins. to move from Carlos to Ako, and taking pics once we got the keys to the vehicle (lol). I highly recommend Sheehy Nissan of Manassas, and look forward to returning in the future for our next vehicle. Thank you Carlos and Ako!

    Ok so, SO FAR at least.. I had a fantastic experience with this dealership, After a HORRIFIC experience with Carmax I found a vehicle I really wanted from this location, Ash and Kiana helped prepare the vehicle for my arrival and stayed after hours to complete my purchase along with their helpful financial manager. The purchase process was smooth, they were helpful in answering all of my questions as well as finding a payment option that would work for me, and Ash also followed up with me after the purchase. I don't have any comments on their service department, and I don't plan on ever using it cause I live so far away but as far as purchasing a vehicle goes, it is as described and listed online, great deals, helpful staff, I even got my plates and tags LESS than a week later. I am very satisfied with how my experience has been to this point, will check in if anything changes. Update - After some unforeseen circumstances I ended up losing the loan I had when I first purchased the vehicle, The Financial manager Ako Ahmadi contacted me immediately and did everything he could to allow me to keep this vehicle, I not only was able to keep the vehicle, I got to keep it at the same monthly payment amount with the new lender. I don't know what this man gets paid but he needs a raise. He simplified a very financially stressful situation for me and worked to help me keep the car I wanted. INCREDIBLY thankful for this team of people and the amazing experience I have had.

    The team in the Service and Parts Department are true professionals. They continuously provide excellent service, and every team member I interact with makes a effort to ensure my visit is streamlined. It feels like each visit is tailored specifically to my needs. My most recent visit was with Sherman Hashi, 10 out of 10. He greeted me right when I walked in and was perfection from cradle to grave. I had the opportunity to speak with my technician Nick Gilford, and it was clear he had a genuine concern for the overall well being of me and my vehicle. I couldn't even tell he touched my car when the work was done. I also purchased a few parts directly from the parts department and I was assisted by Cast Caporaletti and George Jackson. It couldn't have been any better of interaction. They knew exactly what I needed. I left feeling great about my visit, and felt the need to post this review. Lastly the Service Manager Mr. Trowbridge stopped by to make sure I was enjoying the visit which I thought was awesome. Can't say enough, Thank you guys!

    Bought a used 2017 Nissan Titan with a malfunctioning transmission without any dealer support in the matter. They claim to have ran a full diagnosis and I still have the problem with my truck. Took it in twice to have it looked at and they claim it's running normally and the technician can't reproduce the problem. Yet when I take the tech out for a drive and show him he admits something is wrong...

    6/2/2021 - Their reputation of superb customer service continues! Yesterday, my Nissan Rogue’s touch screen went black and I could not turn off the radio. I did what I thought would be what the IT tell you about computer issues. Turn off and wait for 10 seconds then turn it back on. Still black screen. I called Sheehy Nissan of Manassas around 4:30 and Brad from service answered. He was so pleasant and understanding and he said bring in the car tomorrow. What time should I bring it? The earlier the better, if you come at 7:30 and ask for Brad and I will take care of you! What? No appointment? No, we’re booked we can fit you in next week! In the morning, the next morning??? Wow! So, I arrive at 7:25 am and ask for “Brad”. He remembered who I was and told me to pull my car into the express service. Another wow! So, here’s where the above and beyond superior customer service Brad displayed. See, it’s early in the morning and I had to bring my granddaughter. She’s a very curious 9 year old. She asked Brad “what will you be doing to the car?” Brad explained it to her with such care and a way that a child could understand. He took the time to make sure this curious little girl understood what was about to happen to “her grandma’s car”. Amazing customer service! Above and beyond! Thank you Brad for your kindness and care for your customer like me and extended customer like my granddaughter!

Sherman was incredible - this man went above and beyond to get everything done in timely manner while also adding my VIP oil change and Inspection and got me a rental while my work was getting done.     I have been putting off buying a vehicle just because its such a hassle to find an honest dealership. Alex was straight to the point and took care of everything i asked him to do. I test drove an f150 that had a few little issues. They fixed everything before i was done signing papers. Although the truck had to go back for another repair i am still amazed by sheehy customer service. I love the truck and they are working on making it right. Other then the free tank of gas that i was promised i have zero complaints. I will update my review after everything is done. Thanks Alex.

    After a total loss of my old vehicle, I was looking for something reliable, and affordable. I browsed on the Sheehy website for only an hour or so, found a car I liked and submitted my info to be contacted. Within 10 minutes I had an appointment to look at it the next day. It was unbelievable to me to find such a clean car, with clean car fax and low mileage for something I could afford. Ash and Mati were so helpful, especially allowing me to drive the car to my dad who just had spine surgery so my dad could take a look at the vehicle. Not once did I feel pressured or obligated to sign or do anything I didn't want to do. Julie in finance was also really helpful, and down to earth. As someone who just moved to Manassas, I'm glad I found some good folks who I feel confident with how they'll treat me and my new vehicle. Thank you everyone at Sheehy Nissan!

    My name is Luis Rivas, the experience of buying this car was a little bit frustrating. The time for delivery the car was too long. The Dealer told me that the car will be ready around 2:00 p.m. and we received finally around 8:00 p.m. the car was not fully charged and we needed to drive 236 miles. from Manassas VA to Wake Forest NC. after two hours of driving and 118 miles the car was discharge. we made a stop at Nissan dealership Loyalty Nissan of Chesterfield VA. the fast charger was blocked, so we could't charge the vehicle we return to Richmond around 12:00 am. we recharge the car but we needed to stop again after 70 miles. Finally we arrived at home around 4:00 a.m. not a good experience.

    Whirlwind. Long story short, I needed a battery tray to pass inspection. They ordered it and I was just calling to get the status of the part because of the general time it should arrive. The parts department told me services could already have the piece, it was harder to track since it was a ford part (I bought a used ford 2016 here). I was transferred to services and before I could finish telling him what I was looking for he said "of course we don't have it, go to ford" so rude and hung right up on me. I've had 3 batteries in the last 3 years for some reason. The first battery died at my first oil change 3 months after having the car, then that new battery had to be replaced because it wouldn't hold a charge. It feels as if every time I take it in for an oil change there is something else wrong that comes with it. This last time around my oil change lined up with my inspection, when I got the car back (I already wasn't going to bring it back here to get any service done), immediately there were problems, my windows wouldn't work, drivers side won't go down automatically anymore and the passenger side doesn't move sometimes, just is stuck half way. Its been driving like its winter out since I got it back, like its struggling and it very much shouldn't be. My key fob was not locking or unlocking my car (this could have been battery related but the timing was horrible and before the inspection it was perfectly fine). My car was great until the last time I was in there and now it feels like its falling apart.

    Ali was so great and helpful during our experience! We test drove a few different cars and not once did he ever seemed bothered by our requests, even when he had other customers to deal with.     I will never go to any other dealership after my experience with Christian at Sheehy Nissan of Manassas. The finance staff ( I just can’t recall their names) were up front about all details, answered all of our questions, no “market adjustment” or hidden fees that we had experienced at other places.     We bought our car from Sheehy Nissan in Manassas. After spending several months perusing online auto dealers, we finally found the exact vehicle model my wife had her heart set upon since 2014. That would be a Juke Nismo RS. To satisfy my requirements, it needed to be a quality warrantied vehicle with a recorded history and low-mileage, so my focus was on a Certified Pre-Owned found only at a Nissan dealership. I wrote my inquiry, and immediately had my first reply from the Sheehy Nissan Sales Representative Jairus Scott within a few hours. We spoke on the phone for several minutes, and by the next day, we had decided to make the purchase. Jay was readily available, and able, to answer my questions and allay my concerns of the car's availability, and quality. Speaking with Craig Phillips further bolstered my resolve to purchase this Juke for my wife. Once in the dealership parking lot, my wife and I were met by Jairus and Craig... and the Juke NIsmo RS. The car was a perfect example of a quality Nissan Certified Pre-Owned. Truth be told, it appeared to be a brand-new never-driven Juke. After the test drive, Jairus and Craig handed us off to Finance Director Drew Arthurton to complete the purchase. I had brought in my own private financing pre-approval letter, yet Drew was able to offer us a much better finance package with a 1.25% lower interest rate. Drew also was able to get us the 96 month/120000 mile extended warranty I wanted, offset in large part to the lower interest rate. He made the financing and paperwork aspect of car buying that I typically dread to be an easy, fast, and enjoyable one. These three Sheehy employees alone have earned our return future business, and I also would like to extend our thanks to those unnamed faces and sales support who worked behind the scenes to help complete our purchase. They all made the trip to Sheehy Nissan worth it for my wife and I. That 2214 mile round trip began and ended in Maplewood, Minnesota the evening we parked our new Juke Nismo RS in our garage.     You can NEVER get rid of Alex. He is absolutely the best. I took my car in for an oil change and as soon as I walked in he remembered me and asked about my family. He also remembered that the last time I was there for an oil change was because I was getting ready for a trip. We chatted for a little bit and I left. He called me a little later to let me know some of the things that were found on an inspection. He explained everything and asked me if I would like to proceed with any of the suggestions. I was never pressured and really appreciate that. I also informed him that I would be leaving on another trip and would need an oil change in the middle of this trip. I asked him for recommendations on where to go for said oil change. In the blink of an eye he sent me not only the name of the dealer but also the address. He is an absolute treasure! I always look forward to seeing him when I have to take my car for service. Alex is absolutely the best!

    This place is super user friendly. Transparent pricing and you don’t get mauled by salespeople walking in the door. Adrian Ortiz helped me pick out the perfect car for my 17-yr old, and he did such a good job I came back a few days later and bought another car from him for my younger daughter.     After searching for my daughters first car for 3 months, I purchased my daughter a 2015 Nissan Sentra from Sheehy Nissan of Manassas. Estevan was my sales consultant. I found him to be very knowledgeable and a great guy. I must have visited 25 car dealerships while looking for a car. By far, Sheehy Nissan had the best inventory and best sales staff. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. Sheehy Nissan of Manassas will be my first and only stop the next time we purchase a car.

    Stay away, do NOT FINANCE anything from these guys especially AN EXTENDED WARRANTY. I've financed a car in Feb/March 2020 and the salesman convinced me to purchase the 100k extended warranty instead of the 36k standard one for a specific amount of $ per month . I've reluctantly agreed after much assurance that it will be extremely beneficial to me given the estimated miles I told him I'd put on my car annually. Fast forward July 2021 and I had to move to the west coast. Upon arrival I was immediately told by the dealership here that they don't honor Sheehy's VIP extended warranty and that it is useless to me. I called Sheehy and they gave me vague replies like extended warranty are not cancellable but we will work with you... here is a form to fill to cancel your extended warranty, etc. I filled their form and included the original contract as they requested and also attached my last car service statement showing that when I left VA my car was at 36K miles. Yet, till this day (Oct. 27th), no reply to my emails, no replies to the voice mail I left with their "designated" person (NIAKITA)... nothing... crickets... BEFORE YOU PURCHASE A CAR FROM SHEEHY, just imagine paying a monthly premium for a service you can NOT use because you moved to the other side of the country and they refuse to stop the monthly premium that they know you'll never get to utilize, would you trust buying anything from these guys?

    I recommend buying only the cars that they have on the lot… They sold my son-in-law a car that wasn’t even there, and it took more than a week to get there. When he made the purchase, he started the car insurance right away. Imagine, if something had happened to the car while it was in transit his insurance would’ve covered it… Crazy!
