My mother had a horrible experience at this bank. She needed a matter handled privately and one bank worker told her she would help her soon and to just wait. Then the manager came out of nowhere and went to my mother and asked what she needed and demanded she as the manager help her, even after my mom told her she would like to wait for the other bank worker since its private and she can speak to her at the cubicles. The manager proceeded to demand and rush my mother to the point that she had to go up by all the other people in line and talk to the manager at the teller booth and basically say her business out loud. She was so embarrassed and the manager offered no help in the end saying it "was your problem and you have to fix it". Not even the manager of this place can offer a solution. SAD. and no decency for privacy.

This branch has closed--padlocks on the door. I banked there for 15 years and am really unhappy that my neighborhood bank is gone.

Very slow experience getting an auto loan, mostly due to the extra verification by their underwriters due to COVID-19 and my loan inexperience. In hindsight, understandable. During, a painful process and much too slow. My representative, Annelise, was excellent. She went above and beyond to make things work and stayed rational and patient through the surprising amount of back-and-forth. 6 stars for her!! My low rating is directed at the bureaucracy, underwriter speed and pickiness, and lack of branch autonomy.

Bad experience on BB&T, a lazy and low efficiency bank. Make me so disappointed. Also customer service call need wait more than 40 minutes!!!

I had a great experience, staff is very helpful and pleasant.

On a Friday afternoon a transaction we needed took a lot of wait. On another note, The parking lot is not well connected to the access path to the main entrance. If a vehicle is parked right next to the building then either you cower under a tree or squeeze yourself between the vehicle and the building to walk in. The proper path seems to be the ramp way over which you won’t notice unless you need wheelchair access.

They need happier tellers in this branch.. they looked like they were having a bad day!

Unfortunately poor customer service. I can’t get anyone on the phone to help me and I’m talking about the main customer service line. When they can’t answer a question and I’ve experienced the several occasions they want to talk down to you like you’re some kind of idiot and I’m not about that. I might be switching banks if the customer service doesn’t approve

Horrible customer service. This location has the rudest staff I've encountered.

They are holding your your check 7 days...and killing your business....
