Truist Riding Plz, Chantilly

Always loved this branch, been banking here for years. recently, tried calling the branch a few times, but it always goes to manager's phone. Seems like they have changed how to route calls. If manager is not there, there is no way to talk to anyone else! Why should the bank manager become the operator? This is bad!

We bank with Suntrust in many ways, but seldom go to a branch. Had to go there for a notarization. We were late but banker Ms Talwar was kind enough to wait for us. Otherwise it would have dragged another week. Great service!

Customer service doesn’t exist in this branch. Drive thru is very unprofessional in customer service. Long waits in the drive thru just for them to tell you they can’t do more then one transaction just frustrating

Very hard to communicate because not one single person here has a good command of english. They are rude. Employees are very lazy and nasty. Seems they hate white americans.

The worst branch ever !!!!! I've been in hold on the drive thru for withdrawing my own money from my own checking account !!!?? When I asked why it take that long ...He or she couldn't have answer .....change the staff Members on that bank there all lazy ..

Inexcusable and unacceptable that 2 banks merge together and only one drive thru lane is open! Possibly twice as many customers as before the transition and it takes about 30 min to get through the drive thru! What a frustrating experience this bank is👎

I have been coming here for many years. Valentina and Mary are always delightful to work with. You truly feel like you are family coming to this branch! I will continue to recommend the Suntrust South Riding branch to all of my friends and family. Thank you!!!!

Longest Drive through in the east.... Staff needs to be re amped... Takes and absurd long time to do banking every time I am here.. do not attempt the drive-thru ...

I was buying a new home, and asked for copy of my statement. Escalated to Bank Manager Jyoti Mehta. Suntrust system didn't allow her to pull the statement. I asked for a letter to show the balance. She refused, and didn't provide the statement I needed. I emailed the executives of Suntrust, and then she sent me the statement from her system. Overall service is not up to standard except one person there. They hired a lot of new people, and the standard has gone down. I will avoid this branch. Please go to another branch if you need more than deposit or withdrawal. Sue Mallino an Hugh Suhr were the executives.

Getting bad say by day after they have made the merge!!!!!!!
