Went to BoA today and was helped by Maryam and her manager. They refused to notarize the document for my employee because she wasn't a customer. In all the years I've had an account with BoA, I've always been able to get my employees and my signatures notarized on required background checks. Even if I was the only BoA customer. When I told them I'll be switching accounts, the manager responded with "Okay." Absolutely unprofessional. Also, I'd like to add that I read through the notary rules on the BoA website and nothing mentions that both signers have to be BoA customers.

The associates at Bank of America- Stone Ridge are all very accomodating especially Ms. Tiana Razafinjatovo who helped everyone in the family open our individual accounts. Such a smooth transaction.

We recently had a death in the family and while trying to pay for the many things that come up during such a tough time, we received a life insurance check. We needed the funds immediately, and it was recommended to put a 7 day hold. I met with Raha, the Assistant VP of the Stone Ridge branch, explained the issue and she took it upon herself to call the bank the check was sent from, verify funds, and had the money in my account IMMEDIATELY. This is why I will always remain a BoA customer. In a time where Customer Service seems to have disappeared, she, and several others at the banking center went above and beyond for my family and me and I could not be more appreciative! Thank you all!

I have always had a great experience at this location, however, the service I received from the lady at the counter today was extremely disappointing. When I reached the counter only greeting I received was, "You want to make a deposit?" However, she was gracious enough to welcome another customer who was at the next counter already been assisted by another teller. After handing over the withdrawal I made, she started working on her computer without saying a word which made me to think she was still working on my transaction. When she realized I was still standing she looked at me and asked whether I needed anything else. I would have simply given 1 star if not for the lobby ambassador who was genuinely apologetic and was trying to correct the service lapse at the counter. I have to reiterate, the rest of the team here is extremely professional and courteous.

Experienced a really great service by Nicolas and the branch manager Raha recently, it started with the right guidance from Nicolas and i was able to get what i was intending to accomplish, on time. Keep up the good work BOA, stone ridge!!!

Every time I go to this branch, my experience is exceptional. The branch manager continuously goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I am taken care of in a timely fashion. She is very knowledgeable about any and all questions I ask. Additionally, the rest of her staff is attentive and professional. I have been in this center many times. The manger Raha was very friendly and helpful the same for all workers in center. I have worked many times with them they do everything easy steps. I have been banking with BOA for about 15 years or more and it has always been a great experience. Most of banking nowadays can be done via mobile app but when I have to visit a branch I always prefer going to this branch. Manager Raha is on the floor all the time assisting clients and is very helpful Also, relationship banker Umara always return calls or assist when needed along with other employees!! In short this is the best BOA branch!!

Shout out to Ms. Tiana Razafinjatovo. I have been meaning to write this post for awhile. I post my observations when it is deserving. Ms. Razafinjatovo is one of those outstanding individuals who has demonstrated outstanding personal care. Her sincere desire to assist customers at this Bank of America bank is why I continually do my business there. She has assisted me on a number of occasions. I always left the bank with a smile on my face realizing I was provided first class service. Thank you Tiana for being the caring, thoughtful, professional person that you are. Horrible customer service!! They don't value customer's time. As soon as I walked in, I asked the lady at the front desk if there's a long wait for the service (wire transfer) I requested for and she said that it shouldn't take long. After waiting for 30 mins, nobody bothered to tell me how much longer I should wait. The banking officer who was done with the customer came out and was about to take another customer for the next 30 mins, who just walked in but had an appointment. When I asked why I was not told about the wait time earlier, they said sorry and they can't do anything about it and walked away. The manager didn't even bother to talk to me though she saw that I was very frustrated. They absolutely didn't care!!

Worst service ever, had to wait in line for over an hr twice just to add beneficiaries to my acct. BOA website and app are equally horrible, missing a simple feature to add beneficiaries to acct, have been able to do that with other banks. So basically everytime I change my mind about beneficiaries, i have stand in line for over an hr.

These people were amazing. I came in right before closing to get a last minute cashier's check to purchase a car, and they stayed well after closing to not only do that but also process a change of address for the proof of address that I needed. The teller and the manager that I worked with were total angels, so sweet to help me out, so helpful and and nice. Can't speak highly enough of them!!!
