What “bank” do you know that doesn’t allow someone, a family member to be specific, to come in & make a deposit/payment for you. My stepdad had all of my information to make my truck payment for me; since I work at a different bank myself, & our hours being the same. Now I’m having to be inconvenienced on my break to go make a payment & return late to my job, since they can only accept checks/money orders from non-account holder. When just being honest, paper instruments are just as bad as cash!!!!! Now I’m going to consider moving my auto loan to a different bank that’s more convenient.

Rude and unprofessional at the Managerial level. Lost my future business.

Someone stole our bank number and caused a lot of financial problems for us, but the branch manager, Sherri, has been wonderful in helping us to navigate through the crisis!

Bankers are very rude and unprofessional. This branch needs to take pride in helping their customers verses their own opinions and poor customer service.

I called customer services about a hold on my funds. The representative told me they could not remove the hold. But if I contact the breach and have a good relationship with them it's a chance the hold can be remove. So, since I don't have relationship with this breach they want to hold my funds. I will not return to the breach in the future. I will continue going downtown breach. Very unnecessary.
