At the end of each week, Jake provided an update on the status of our order, and he was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. It was truly a pleasure to work with Jake, and the entire Reinhardt Lexus family. I highly recommend Reinhardt Lexus. Tony Gibson was excellent to work with when we ordered our new RX 350. It took several weeks for the car to be built and delivered, but Tony would call weekly with any updates. I would also like to thank Brian "Blue" Smith the technology specialist for his help in explaining how everything on the car works. Brian really helped this senior lady understand all the technology on my new RX350. Everyone at the dealership was wonderful and made this the best car buying experience we have ever had.

I have always received nothing but great service from Brooke. She is the best Advisor and always takes care of our needs. We were treated to a special surprise while we there this time with my new ES 350. We were so relaxed when we returned to pick up our car. The Butler detailed my car as well. I was extremely pleased with the overall experience involving my service appointment for brake inspection and repair. Boartavis, my service coordinator was most professional and courteous in taking the time to hear what I thought might be happening with the car. That is a great asset and often rare in today's world. He made sure to keep me updated and well informed throughout the repair process. After trying several other independent service centers and not having the issue resolved, I can now say with great confidence that my Lexus will continue to serviced by the true professionals at Reinhardt Lexus who listen to their customers and provide exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

My salesperson, Angelo, is top notch - I couldn’t ask for a better salesperson! The finance manager, Tanielle, was also perfect! She didn’t waste time and done an excellent job of going over everything. Also, the tech specialist done a fantastic job on showing me and explaining all of the tech features in a very detailed, professional, and courteous manner. The only criticism I have would be the interest rate. I wish my rate would have been much lower, but I don’t think the dealership had much control over rates. All in all - very pleased and will definitely return for my next purchase in the future!

I had a wonderful experience . My salesperson, Angelo, was great. He took a lot of time with me explaining all about the features on my car and how to use them. Very friendly staff and even gave me a loaner car to use until my car could be repaired. I couldn’t have ask for nicer folks. My only frustration is with the Lexus warranty. My car, only being 2 years old, and the air conditioner goes out. Of course, it wasn’t covered under warranty. They said a very tiny rock went through the condenser. How can you really prove exactly what went through the condenser? It could of had damage or a weak spot when it was purchased. Who knows? If this is a even possibility, at all, then it should be covered under warranty. I don’t feel like the condenser is protected, enough. This should be a rare thing to happen. And , from what I heard, it happens quite a bit. If Lexus knows this, then, they should figure a way to prevent it from happening. After all, these are luxury cars and are not inexpensive. Paying 1500.00, out of pocket, for repair of ,basically, a new car, really put a bad taste in my mouth!

We had a great experience with Reinhardt Lexus. Mark Harmann was great to work with. The Finance Manager was easy to work with as well. The only criticism we have is that they did not check with all the local credit unions in reference to the lowest available interest rate. There was one local credit union that beat the Lexus rate by over one percentage point. That’s a big deal over the length of the loan. All in all a great experience.

Service dept did well as usual. Boartavius was helpful and knowledgeable. My reason for not giving 5 stars, is that they now charge for loaners. I travel one hour for service and would normally use loaner to go get something to eat while I am receiving service. Well this is no longer available as it is with other dealerships. You have either pay loaners fee or sit for however long your service takes. Not a good move for what use to be exceptional service I bragged to others about. I never go no further than 5 miles when using the loaner so not driving the vehicle miles away.

We had our car to breakdown on the interstate and called on a Saturday afternoon and Kaylynn who stayed there at the dealership after closing to make sure we were taken care of. She put us in a loaner car because we had to leave my car and put us on our way back to our home town 2 hours away. Thanks again to her for helping us!!

I spoke to a salesman and asked if a specific model was on the lot and he said no. Also said mam I’m not sure you are aware of the chip shortage. I said I was but still wanted to call to inquire. He asked if I was local and I said no but I as in driving distance. I told him I had called other dealerships and they were willing to order me one with a deposit and he said Haahaaa GOOD LUCK WITH THAT! Great sales person.. WOULD NOT EVER SHOP WITH THEM. EVER!!!

Service is always first rate. Brooke is my advisor and very helpful. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the AutoButler service seemed to miss the interior completely this time. Every other time it’s been spotless. Recommend them and will continue to use them.

Rheinhardt's Toyota provides the best of automotive care as I've ever been provided. At 74 years old, this is the first time a loan officer actually respected my credit rating in the financing of the car I purchased$$$. As a black man, I have paid higher interest rates in previous purchased at various other dealerships throughout the great US of A. The service department is immediately responsive to any/all service requests. All repairs are beyond reproach. All facets of this business operation is exceptional.

The car buying experience at Reinhardt Lexus was easy. From the time I walked through the door, Jake Melton had a smile on his face and answered all 100,000 of my questions. Within a week, I was back there test driving a 2022 Lexus RX 350. I decided to order one, and it arrived at the beginning of February. Once all the paperwork was signed, I was shown how to use all of the features in my new vehicle and was at the dealership for less than two hours. I honestly thought I would purchase another Acura, but I am thrilled I decided to buy a Lexus. Everyone at Reinhardt Lexus was kind and professional! 100/10 stars!

Brian “Blue” Smith, the Technology Specialist at Reinhardt Lexus, was wonderful at explaining all the new technology on our new RX350. As senior citizens, sometimes this can be a challenge. Thank goodness for Brian. He was very patient and answered any questions we had. There is alot of new technology on vehicles today, but Brian was very thorough and explained he was just a phone call away if we had any other questions or issues.

I can’t believe how they treat me. It’s awesome! Friendly environment lovely people. They said 3 hours for servicing time. And they provide free ride for drop off and pick me up at the same time. But they call me within 2 hours for pick me up and said sorry because they took long time because it’s a first time service for my car.Thanks to Brook & Jeff. My mom got her car done here however with all the money she spent with this location, they didn’t even put washer fluid back in her car or clean it properly. Then they tried to charge her by the hour to fix a speaker they previously told her about that needed replacing. With the money that Reinhardt Lexus charge people to fix anything it would be nice to see the stuff that’s suppose to be done as a courtesy be done the right way..

Ordered my car from here Mr. Melton has been amazing thru the entire process. He sends weekly text to update ne on the status of my vehicle and I'd always available to answer any random questions I may have. Fantastic customer service and awesome vehicles!!

Phenomenal Customer Service, I never felt so welcomed at a dealership before. I’m Military and it was definitely worth every minute of the 1 hour and 30 minutes commute up there. Definitely will be going back for future services!

They didn't greet me as I entered their office area even after I spoke. Second they sat my car on the rack for 2 hours just to tell me that they couldn't plug my tire. Also what was odd it took them 2hrs just to say they can't plug my tire but an alignment only took roughly 30 minutes

On June 1, 2022 I received luxury customer service at Reinhardt Lexus! The attention to the technological detail from Mr. Smith was second to none. He knew each level of the vehicle technology and was a showman on demonstrating how all features perform! Then, there was the resilient excellence of communication and sharing of specific automobile details from the well crafted knowledge of Tony Gipson! Mr. Gipson was not only knowledgeable about the Lexus IS 300, he was up to date on stats from JD Power and the dynamic historical growth of the Lexus Line of vehicles. I am 100% pleased with the purchase, weekly notifications about the transit of my vehicle from Japan to Montgomery and for being treated like my business mattered and they were pleased to receive it!
