I got a movie and I got a game from there and the game was scratched to install the game. I am so mad for whoever did this at the store.

Today I stopped by this pawn shop with the intention of just getting a smartwatch. I walked out of there with not only a smart watch but an electric guitar and a clarinet. The person that helped me she was very polite kind and was very apologizing on everything taking so long. I understand all too well myself on everything that was happening. I will absolutely stop by there again to give them my business because they took care of me when I was patient and waiting with them. They have my business always. I cannot highly recommend them enough. 10 out of 10 experience.

I have gotten several things from this place. One was a really really nice brand new flat screen tv that was still in the box and my family put it on hold or lay away for me and gradually paid on it and recently got my small little one a PS3 with an afterglow controller that was in great condition and was at a great price. They have many things to choose from here and friendly staff.

This is the best pawn shop in Montgomery. Very friendly staff and will do the best they can for you. I have been there many times and several others. They are the only pawn shop I have been able to buy from in this area. Great people and if you go in there enough they make you feel like part of their Quick Pawn family. The other Quick Pawns in the area are not as generous. Thanks

They are terrible!! They don't answer the phone for anything!! I have been trying to call them to pay over the phone no one is even trying to answer. It's sad the phone just rings.i don't have transportation and tried to pay my bill for 4 days now.

I'm sick of how I'm treated at this pawn location win james worked hear it was a good pawn shop now win I pawn stuff and then pull it out of pawn thay refuse to take it back in pawn win its in the sistom and that's not right thay alway tell me corporate told them thay can't take thos or that win thay are selling the same stuff thay tell me thay won't take thay did it to me on my bike and now on my ps3 games all I wanted to do was pawn 7 of my ps3 games for $3 each in pawn and thay won't do it what is a pawn shop that dont let people pawn stuff just like my 32 inch Samsung smart TV this one wouldn't give me $40 in pawn on it I took it to Madison quick pawn and James gave me the $40 pawn I mean why can't you work with people that's what the pawn shop is there for but I guess you don't won't customers

Always a pleasant experience. Excellent customer service. I brought a TV from them 3 years ago and still works great.

This is a perfectly nice pawn shop. I'm a buyer, not a seller, so I can't speak to the prices they pay for items, but they have always been nice when I've been in there. They have a very nice assortment of jewelry, although usually it's on the lower price end. Once in a while you can find a nice high end piece.

This place is very low quality overall the items are very over priced and not a good selection on anything but jewelry the staff was very nice and knowledgeable the lady I spoke with but that store needs 2 come out of 2001 and into a new era

They are very fake people they try to beat I on everything don't come here go to another one the black guy really is a low down sales and loan person. Don't shop at N Burbank
