Truist W New Haven Ave, Melbourne

We were BB&T customers, we endured the switch to Truist and the lack of products and services from SunTrust during the transition. Our last trip to this branch to have a document notarized was a breath of fresh air. The employees seemed happier and the service was very good. The facility needs renovation, parking and and access need to be up dated.

It's very frustrating that the branches close at 4pm. Working members are not accommodated. I have tried doing mobile deposits and they take DAYS to deposit and the accounts may go negative. There is no reason when I have deposits waiting in the wings because they take an unnecessary long time to record the mobile deposits... that I cannot deposit traditionally because their branches are closed. When I am able to finally take a day off and come in, I will be closing my accounts. All of them!

The worst. Serious red flags, avoid at all costs. Been there only a few months. They canceled my checking account without notice and gave no reason as to why. Shooed me out of the branch. Staffis useless and does nothing to resolve the issues. Dont put your money anywhere near this place.

Asia Shelton is the WORST and must entitled suntrust banker i have ever met. Rude doesn’t even cover it. You should not be in the line of service. Stay tuned for an update on my horrible experience.

This location is the worst..its Friday and 2 tellers..not one person in a office to help..I came in to handle a debit card problem...wow, I want to find a new bank..this place and their ways of doing things is HORRIBLE...Don't come here!

Honestly if I come in with an issue I'd expect help with it. I've been here twice because I still haven't received a card. My app says I should have. The teller just tells me just wait another week should be there?. If I told someone this at my job I'd probably be fired. Honestly so unprofessional. If I'm not the only one having this issue maybe it's the actual banks fault.

Why no temporary debit card when I opened account? Very inconvenient over weekend!

Not one to complain usually, but this bank has been really awful. Lost my ATM deposit of $900. a couple of months ago, then tagged my debit card as fraudulent. Screwed my account up for weeks. Today , locked out of our account again and can`t deposit or withdraw, and now told there has been an issue, and banking relationship has been canceled ? You will get a letter ? Our fraud department is looking into it ? Went down to the branch and nothing, no explanation, zilch. After 24 years of banking with these guys. Brad Roshto

They charge you on the same instant you get overdraft they don't even let you deposit the money on the account so disappointed of this bank

Staff is awesome. Had a little wait in drive thru because they were short staffed at that time. Always friendly.
