Horrible experience with this gun and pawn shop. Never going back again to them. They missed out on a $300 sale all because, I couldn't change my address on the paper/form to match my license. Not sure why I needed a background check when I have a concealed carry weapons permit. I had to ask to view and see the firearm, before purchasing. They seemed hesitant, I'm not sure why when they had my license and CCW in their hands behind the counter.
Sorry to hear you feel you had a bad experience. Being an FFL we have very strict federal policies we have to follow to keep our Federal Firearm License. Every gun store will have the same policies. When purchasing a firearm every gun store will need your License and conceal weapon license for any firearm transaction. As far as the address, your license has to be current to pick up a firearm. We did let you know that all you had to do was get a current license that matched the address you wrote was your current address. We can not release a firearm if the address you write down that you currently live at is not the address on your license. We can not later let you change the address you match your license after you stated that is not your current address. We apologize if you do not like the laws we have to follow. But we can't risk losing our license. If other gun stores are allowing anyone to cross out the old address and re write the License address simply to keep the sale they are breaking federal regulations and will be subject to fines and possibly loss their FFL license.

Should be called worst pawn shop. They try to make things appear to work that actually don't. They will willingly scam you. This is how they make they're money. I would never buy from them again.

This is a fantastic pawn shop and they have always been very kind and understanding with the life struggles that have come up. They are very accommodating and respectful when giving prices as well. 10/10 would recommend to everyone

Walked in today to purchase an item I had previously looked at and the salesman said to give him 10 minutes as they were scrambling. There were only 4 customers in the store besides me and at least that many employees. I said sure and walked around long enough to look at most of the inventory. After at least 10 minutes I looked in the back to see if he was retrieving the item and instead he was leaned back in his chair laughing with another employee...neither of which were helping any customers. I left and took my business and my money elsewhere. Reply to Jeremy: You were standing at the counter showing a customer a a piece of jewelry when it happened. I find it hard to believe that you were unaware of this type of behavior until you get a negative review. Your replies to negative reviews are consistently the same "I'm the manager, sorry, we'll do better next time, come back and I'll make sure it doesn't happen again." It would mean a lot more if you treated people right the first time...there won't be a next time for me.

One of the best Shops around in general very friendly and fair with price and negotiations. They have always been there when i needed them and the free lay a way is always a nice touch when i find something i cant quite afford at the moment. No idea why there are any other pawn shops open others i have been to service is horrible and no respect was given. 10 Stars overall i recommend you give a browse.

Not to make anyone feel like scum but these dudes make you feel like scum. I understand it's a business but these guys will straight up take your grandmother's last breathe away from her. Went in with a new never used item and they offered me 1/16th of what it was worth. If you've been to a pawn shop you know how it works. Lowest item sold and then that split in half, if your lucky. I've been there twice and both times left thinking if these dudes were honest they would make even more than they are now. And trust me they make a lot. Shop around to get the best price for your item. This place was the second of three that I visited and both of the other stores offered 5 times what they offered. I just dont understand why they cant give honest offers. Not everyone is a junkie with the IQ of a gold fish. This place is the lowest of the low.

Don’t waste your time. They agreed to purchase an item for a specific price with the agreement of us purchasing another item. Once they drew up the paperwork to sign, they then tried to be slick and give us less money back than agreed upon. Shisters!
I'm sorry to hear that, If there was a misunderstanding. The deal offered to the gentlemen selling the merchandise, which he agreed too. Was the item he wanted from us plus the amount he would be getting back at the end of the transaction. The amount was not less than the amount that was told to him before the transaction started. I'm sorry that there was a misunderstanding of what was agreed upon.

Don't buy electronics from this store! It's ran by teenagers who sold me two messed up PlayStation 4 controllers. The guy plugged both in the console and ran around for two minutes on a game. I should've gotten and played with the controllers myself. One has a lag that pulls the page upwards and the other controller doesn't respond to buttons immediately when pressed. They knew they were selling me busted controllers! When I called before I got there, they said they only had one. After a minute being there, they brought out the second controller we bought. Both have issues! Those little punks screwed me over! Save your time and money! Go to La Costa or Remedy! These kids are a joke!
