The man in there was rude and asking me stupid questions about the item I had to sell like “How much did you pay for that?” I don’t know what it would matter what I payed for it myself. Everything is way over priced. Avoid that place at all costs. An example… They want $1000 for a used PlayStation 5

Jamie at Value Pawn was helpful and on point when I made a watch purchase at this location. I spotted a Seiko SKX013 watch with various quality of life modifications (Saph crystal, ceramic bezel insert, display back w/ NE15C movement among other things). While I don't generally purchase from pawn shops, Jamie made the whole transaction a breeze with a smile on her face. Thank you!!

I have bought several items from value pawn. Three laptops, alexa speaker, and a amazon fire tablet. I had to return two the laptops because wasn't each had problems. Even though I had to return em, I am still satisfied because Jennifer and Jamie were very nice, knowledgeable, and cooperative with the new purchases and helping me find a new laptop. Per the return policy I brought it back within the 24 hrs and they gave me a credit for amt I purchased or a full refund. They worked with me and were quite courteous and helpful. Definitely will buy more with them knowledgeable the future.

I have been going to Value Pawn for a few years and I have always gotten excellent service. All of the girls that work there will go above and beyond to help. I was in today and per usual Amanda was helpful and friendly. After she completed my transaction we just had a nice chat about how we were doing and how life was going. I always have a great experience when I go to Value Pawn. I usually wait for Jessica to wait on me when she is available. She is always friendly and helpful and asks how my health is and how things are going. Amanda and Jenn are always willing to take the time and show you whatever item you are looking at and are very knowledgeable about their inventory. All in all, the service is great, the girls are amazing and if it's a loan or you are selling an item, I highly suggest you take a trip to Value Pawn. You will walk out with a smile on your face.

I have to give the store some credit. I know it gets busy but the workers their always try their best to give their full service to everyone. I had a wonderful lady name Jennifer she helped me out alot. When i needed a ring size check she helped me, also when i bought a ring from their it was super easy to set up a payment plan and pay monthly. Also bought a couple of phones from their which i am still using it till this day. She help me out until i was super satisfied. If you are looking for deal ask gor jennifer she your girl!!!

This would've been a 2 star but the Manager saved it and so it's a 5. I've never done one of these reviews before but after I told my sister about it, she said I should. I'm always out and about looking for deals on tools and firearms, mostly rifles, so I stop in the local pawn stores from time to time. Usually the employees are very helpful at these places. But a few days ago at Value Pawn on Palm Bay Rd I ran into an employee by the name of Jessica that was pretty darn rude. I don't know what I did to get such attitude from her. She was just snappy and condescending. All in all she made me feel uncomfortable. Rather than give her any attitude in return I just chose to walk away and was about to leave and never return. Then I ran into another employee who was very helpful, polite and friendly. It turned out she was a manager named Michelle. I realize I should've said something to her about the other woman, but I didn't want cause any problems. But I hope someone sees this and realizes that having employees with bad attitudes is bad for business. I will continue to shop there only because the manager made up for the other employee's rudeness.

Jessica was absolutely outstanding. Great customer service. Always a pleasure. I will always come in to shop as long as she is there.

I was out golfing one day and ran into a friendly group in front of me. I was wearing headphones and when i teed off my headphones fell out. One of the guys told me to come see him at value pawn. His name is Jamie and helped me out with some headphones and at a decent price. Thank you Jamie, my headphones don’t fall out on the course or on the range anymore! As a fellow salesperson, i appreciate the networking and recommending your business away from the workplace. Stop by and ask for Jamie! Very friendly and personable. His golf game can use some work lol, but his professionalism does not lack.

Went here to pawn an item because I needed some money to pay bills. Very friendly place. Very helpful people to. Definitely will recommend them to other people. Thank you for the easy transaction. The money helped for sure. Jessica helped me out. She was great!

Brittney is awesome she helped me with my laptop I needed for work and even helped me pick out the one I needed that would be JUST RIGHT for me. I was stressed but she definitely knew what she was talking about and even looked up things she didn’t. Truly a valuable employee... she needs a raise!

I go into value pawn everyday and get the best service from Jamie, Jai, Amanda, Jessica, and everyone else who works there! I usually get the BEST DEALS from them all on so many things I never knew I needed until I walk in to see they have a little bit of everything! Great job Value Pawn!

Came here looking to get a loan and Amanda was extremely knowledgeable about all policies. She answered every question I had with the biggest smile on her face. Will definitely be returning to this value pawn location. Customer service was a 10/10!

I have good spirits is at the store it's like coming home to my family and the service is awesome. Amanda and jamie are extra special to me and always make me feel so comfortable. They are both very professional and welcoming.

I was helped by Jamie and I couldn't ask for a better experience. Went in there with fiancé to make a payment. We were waiting in line for employee Alex to finish with a customer in front. Once he finished he just walked away. He looked at us as he walked to the back room then went to main register and grabbed something and walked out. He made eye contact with us and never said anything like I’ll be right back or just one moment. I went to the main registers were two female employees were standing talking. I just waited without interrupting to see if they’d say something...nothing. They just kept on talking. I didn’t unfortunately catch their names. Horrible customer service. They obviously didn’t want to be there. While I understand wishing you had a day off, we came to make a payment. Something that should have been quick had us waiting awhile and making us annoyed. We just ended up walking out. If it wasn’t for the layaway we have we would never return. We don’t recommend this shop and I’m telling everyone I know. 0 stars.

Had the opportunity to deal with Jamie today on 9/2/19. All staff members treated me promptly and politely. I highly suggest to deal with Value Pawn on any pawning questions and or pawning needs. Due to their experience and professionalism.

Not at all pleased with the customer service. Was looking to buy drill sets. There were three employees unoccupied and conversing with each other all while needing assistance. Laziness unfortunately, I did not want to give my business to those who did not want it.

I went to the pawnshop to go ahead and pay for my PS4 to pick it up I waited for the store open at 9 AM around 9:10, i tried to open the doors they were locked, there was a middle-aged black guy with the green value pawn shirt on so I asked him I said are you guys open later today or something very politely he responded well when I’m done then they could open it very sarcastic way he said not very professionally very sarcastically. This is the first time ever had this bad experience. But it’s enough for me not want to come back

Jessica, at the Value Pawn in Palm Bay location, customer service is superb! She is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to dealing with my business needs and resolving business issues. She is the only one I prefer to do business with because of her courtesy and expertise. I am truly satisfied after receiving excellent customer service from Jessica. I went in their to grab a ring for my wife. I had forgotten it was my anniversary and didn't want to spend a fortune on a gift. I was helped by Jennifer! She explained to me a lot of information about jewelry that I had no idea. She is very knowledgeable and knows her stuff. They don’t mind taking stolen items. My camera and my tools were stolen by a member of my family and brought here. They didn’t even blink an eye. They bought them from him. I went in there and brought the family member with me and told them this man stole my stuff and had to buy them back for A LOT more money than he got, almost double. I informed them that if this guy comes in here again refuse him. The blonde chick and a young guy, both employees, GIGGLED under their breath at me. I informed them that if they purchase something from him again, there will be a lawsuit on them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP AT ALL!!

I went to value pawn today and i needed a loan on two tools. I went to another pawn shop literally 200 feet away and all they would give me was $55 but value pawn gave me the $90 i needed. Thanks to them and specifically Bree, i got the cash i needed. She was so nice and I'll be going here anytime i need some help. I would recommend this pawn shop over any other. They're the best!

Me and my husband lost everything in the pandemic including my mom. Times have been super hard especially these last 6 months so unfortunately I have had to use the services of a pawn shop just to get by and feed our kids. Brittney was the most amazing customer representative. She was kind, warm, compassionate and very understanding and although the value of my pawn was less than what I was asking she still gave me what I really needed to borrow. I highly recommend this to pawn shop if your looking for good customer service and a a very fair deal!

The staff are fantastic and quite knowledgeable in the products that come in to the store, when it comes to firearms Amanda knows what she’s doing and will always offer the best price. For the rest of them Jessica, J, Jamie and Jen are all amazing.

Jessica, Amanda.Jai helped me today get a galaxy S9 cell phone and went out of their way to help me. The store environment is friendly and welcoming. I always shop here for great deals and they always treat me with respect like I was family.

If I could give them zero stars I would. This place is not reasonable on their offers and are blantanly trying to rip people off anyway they can. The last 3 times I've been into the store I feel less educated then when I came in. AVOID DOING BUSINESS HERE
