Walked in to open a new bank account with them & all of the staff was not very welcoming also were dilly dallying talking and laughing with each other and not help any of the customers. One of the employees asked another employee if she had time opening a new bank account she was leaned against the desk looking like she had nothing better to do and said no and they could schedule a time. Then they continued talking about something else not work related and left me hanging for a good couple minutes before she even took the schedule book out. I said never mind, Ill bank somewhere else.

The tellers at this location are wonderful. Always extend gratitude for military service and make an experience personal, but still efficient enough to keep the line moving. BB&T the company, I'm not so happy with, and the 'folks' sitting at the desk I've never been impressed with...but the tellers who most of us do our day to day face-time are awesome and have been at their jobs a long time. The ONLY reason I stay with BB&T.

Tellers are rude. Been with this bank for almost 4 years now and everytime I go in there they act like they've never seen me before when I only make my loan payments at the same one in Inwood. Now they want to see my ID and ask me if I'm on the account. The lady, Liz, I get everytime just looks for a reason to tell me she can't take my payment. Why the hell should it matter who makes my loan payment, anyways, as long as it's getting paid!!!

I've always had great service with them. I would recommend them to anyone.

This is a clean and nice bank, I love it.

Google says that their drive through opens at 7:30 AM and that the hours were verified by the owner less than a week ago. That's not true. I'm sitting here at 8:15 am on a monday and the drive through nor the lobby are open. Hours are 9 am to 5 pm for both lobby and drive through. Its not hard to make sure Google has yhe correct business hours for your business advertised. I mean, correct info means more business.

I have 4 business accounts with BB&T and opened 2 of the 4 at this branch and they won't let me have a small amount of change for my business. Told me it is saved for there bigger businesses! That is plain out wrong! How are small businesses supposed to survive!!!

Amazing staff. Very professional. Never had a bad experience with this location!

Employees that aren't tellers are not very helpful or friendly.
