Truist Dana Rd, Hendersonville

In the past I have left BB&T a great review. But during their transition to Truist bank their service has all but disappeared. Gone are consistent hours where you can walk in for your banking needs. Great employees like Casey, Daphne and Ari's are stretched so thin that anything other than basic needs is impossible. It has taken me soon to be three trips to the bank along with 5 phone calls to initiate a simple wire transfer. Today I got Jennifer? Hopefully whoever she is, she will not be moving to the new bank. She was rude, dispassionate and non interested in any level of assistance. I hope this is just a very brief senior management failure to properly prepare for this merger. I believe if this level of service were to continue, many of the BB&T long time clients will find it easier to satisfy their banking needs elsewhere. As for any assistance through 800 numbers or the executive office, it's easier to find the officers compensation packages than the contact information to reach them. I am happy these officers all seem to earn 4 or 5 million per year. Maybe there is a correlation with their high incomes and the branches low staff levels.

BB&T Bank open for drive thur only now, has merged with SunTrust Bank now call Truiest Bank soon BB&T branch on Dana, Rd will close the only branch for Truiest Bank will be in the SunTrust branch on Main St. down town Hendersonville, N.C.

BB&T is the best bank I've ever banked at. I've been with them for 9 yrs now and they are always courteous and helpful. I've never had a bad experience at any of their banks and we travel around the country alot.

I see a lot of negative reviews, but my girlfriend and I have been with them a year and only had issues with one branch, who seemed incessant on phishing for information that they didn't need. I don't mean the usual, ID and bank card for first time visit, either. But it was only that one branch, the rest have been amazing to us.

Too many problems accessing my money. Will be closing accounts when someone actually bothers to answer the phone

Three out of four closest branches have closed since the Truist merger, and to top it all, their banking app is filled with flaws and errors. So I can’t bank online and I can’t bank in person. I’m looking for a new bank!

Daphne has been there for me 100% and beyond. She goes out of her way to make sure I'm taken care of. I don't know what she makes but I promise you it's not enough. Her customer service skills and knowledge are impeccable. Give this woman a raise or a bonus. She deserves it. Thanks Daphne and BB&T for a smooth transition.

BB&T in Hendersonville NC. I just wanna say how nice it was to get to work with Aris Morales today. I presented her with a unique banking situation and she took care of it in just a short time. She was so polite and friendly and knew how to find the answers we needed.

Daphne Dunnigan is the best. She made me feel like there are still good people out there in this not so kind world. She rocks!

Staff is very friendly and helpful but there aren't enough tellers there to help customers in a reasonable amount of time. I understand that BB&T is a business and needs to save money where possible, but I don't think they should keep such a small staff that it causes the customer an inconvenience.
