Telco Community Credit Union 7th Ave E, Hendersonville

We had recently joined Telco with great expectations. We have not been disappointed. Customer service has been fantastic. Today we went in to apply for a loan at the Hendersonville branch. Maria Alvarez was our loan officer. She listened to what we were wanting to do. She gave us information we needed and started our loan. We walked out with exactly what we needed. She was awesome and I believe she exceeded all expectations of excellent customer service.

Maria Alvarez deserves my highest praise for her stellar efforts and service. She promptly, deftly, and professionally handled my loan with kindness, courtesy, and compassion. I cannot say enough for her, and the entire staff, at Telco in Hendersonville, NC. I would not hesitate to recommend that you bank with Telco.

WOW! I just want to take a minute to brag on my Telco Branch manager! My Branch Manager is better than yours!!! Maria at the Hendersonville 7th Avenue branch is INCERDIBLE! Running and overseeing the entire operations of the bank, she takes time to help anyone that she can, often behind the counter assisting the other tellers, performing administrative duties and the day to day operations, she finds the time to get to know you by your name, acknowledges you when she sees you. Is so willing to help. Maria helped me with my first ever car loan, personal loan and set up my business account for my 501c(3) non-profit, asked me to let her know when Love and Respect plans to do outreach events because Telco would like to partner and be present! Man how AWESOME is that? Banking with Telco is always so personable, it's like walking into a space and being amongst real genuine friends!

Maria helped me establish my account a few months ago. She educated me on how I could build my credit through Telco. She said she was too busy to finish my credit application and asked if she could submit it next week and call me. I agreed. She never called and I had to call every branch in the area to get someone. I had to start my credit application over and they made it seem like it was my fault. They are changing over to Mastercard so when I set up my account they were supposed to mail me my new card after about 2 weeks. It's been months and I still have not received this card, and as such, I am unable to use the money in my account. I feel as though Telco has treated me like a second class citizen, and I can recommend that others bank elsewhere.

Magali at Telco Hendersonville 7th Avenue Branch is AWESOME!!! She knows me by name, is always cordial and more than willing to assist me with whatever I am in need of, an increase on my credit limit, financial advisement, direct Bill-Pay, pre-paid card for my children, just whatever. I personally do not understand why she is not a Telco Branch manager, she certainly has the knowledge and skills to effectively and efficiently manage a branch of her own! Telco, you have a true gem in Magali, don't risk losing this AWESOME jewel. Give honor where honor is due!

There is none better than Maria and her team! Professional, helpful and responsive are just a few of the many great things that can be said about this well-run branch of Telco. Telco has handled my home loan and numerous car loans over the years as well as our checking and savings accounts. The Telco branch in Hendersonville understands the value of the relationship and has earned my business for many years to come. Thanks to you all for the great service !

Manali was extremely helpful with an issue that I needed help with yesterday. She listened to my problem and explained several ways to solve it and all with a cheerful positive disposition. She is a wonderful example of how to provide excellent customer service. I am concerned that Telco will lose her and other excellent employees if they don't hire more people. It seems like the Hendersonville branch is understaffed which may effect moral and ultimately cause the good people to leave. Kudos to Manali for being so helpful.

Magali Perales is by far the most helpful Loan Officer that I have every worked with. From the first moment of speaking with her on the phone she immediately made me feel at ease with my questions. After meeting her in person and going through several loan processes I knew I was in good hands. She was honest and extremely helpful. I will always go through Magali for my future loan endeavors.

We have had a wonderful experience with Telco credit union. Maria has been so great to work with, she is helpful, responsive and quick with everything we have needed. We will be doing all of our future banking with her and Telco and highly recommend them to others.

This bank is awesome i'm a truck driver and i'm gone sometimes when i need things done all i have to do is send a email to Magali Perales and whatever i need done shes on it very fast i'have needed to set up new accounts,get bank statements, order checks and a million other things and she handles it all for me i just opened a business account with Telco and will for sure be a long time member keep up the good work Magali Perales . i'ts very hard to find a bank that has this level of customer commitment won't take my business anywhere else as always your the best Magali
