The people here at Champion Credit Union are great to work with! I used them to finance an auto loan and they had the best rate available and Tammy was extremely helpful. She stayed after hours to help get everything set up and was always very proactive with her communication to me to ensure everything was in place to fund the loan. I highly recommend working with them!

I recently refinanced my vehicle with Champion Credit Union in Hendersonville and they are wonderful. Very easy to work with and I was able to do it almost completely online! Alma was very quick to reply to all my emails and keep me updated on what needed to be done next. It took less than a day to open a savings account and get my vehicle refinanced! I’m very impressed with the whole process and CCU as a whole! I’m happy to now be a member!

I opened an account today at Champion Credit Union in Hendersonville and it was an awesome experience! The customer service was second to none - the entire staff greeted me with smiles. The process to open an account was simple and easy - I'm so excited to be a new "member" instead of a number at a typical bank. I worked with Jessica at the Arden branch on getting an auto loan and decided to meet at the 4 Seasons Branch to sign documents, because it was closer for the person I was buying the vehicle from. Alma stepped in and was so kind and helpful. She even helped me correct a substantial mistake that I made, without making me feel bad about the error. The problem was resolved in about 15 minutes. The person I was buying the car from and I were both amazed!
