Truist First Colonial Rd, Virginia Beach

Our bank Suntrust and BT&T have merged. Sun trust at Hilltop closed their lobby but the BT&T Bank Manager (on First Colonial) would not allow my husband and I to conduct business inside because their not fully merged yet. We could have used the drive in. I’m sorry but this is ridiculous; if the tellers can process Suntrust patrons outside, they can surly welcome us inside as they are doing for their current BT&T customers. This is the absolute worse customer service. This Suntrust should never have shut down without an operating bank available to its current customers. It scares me to think of what’s coming once this merger takes place.

The only bank I've ever dealt with that CONSISTENTLY LOSES MY MONEY. Literally. Watch your account(s) closely. Once you close a debit card, they "forget" it was associated with your bank account. Then good luck getting that money back on any credits or refunds. I'm about 50/50 on funds credited. My advice go to the CFPB for assistance. This bank is completely outrageous with keeping my money and playing forgetsees and acting like this is not a known issue EVERY SINGLE TIME. This place is the absolute worst! The worst banking experience I've had that I can remember! The guy in the suit pretty much is the only nice person here. I can't stand anyone else at this branch. Especially the manager Alison. What a miserable person and employees.

Transferred from navy federal after I got scammed there lost all my money and owed money to the bank because they don’t cover scams. Luckily, I’m not an active duty member i can’t imagine after being treated this way. 1st day with SunTrust I felt more informed about the bank and my finances than with 1 year at navy federal.

I had to visit the bank for a second time because they lost my money. It is supposed to close at 1 on Saturday and at 12:09 the doors were locked.
