I was dealing with Doris Rice and I have had insurance with her before. I have always found Doris to be very attentive to my concerns and very effective in dealing with my insurance problems. I have enjoyed working with her over the years. She usually has a good solution for my insurance problems.

I dealt with Rihanna Fanning, and she was very responsive and on top of her game. I made a mistake with the loan# on the policy and called her to explain and apologize for the mix up and extra work and she was so understanding and sweet. Those are the sorts of people that makes work enjoyable. Her customer service is awesome and she is an asset to the company

I had been with Nationwide (that became Mayo after my 1st year or so having them)for 22 years, I was 19 when I got them and now I'm 41. I remember like 3 years ago I had to call them because I was still paying 116.00 a month for car insurance, mind you I had homeowners insurance with them as well which should have brought it down. I have gotten no tickets, or in an accident while having them. After calling I got it reduced to 67.00 a month. I finally decided to look elsewhere for insurance, and found the same coverage for 33.00 a month. So I called them to cancel my coverage for my car and home. Not only did they tell me to cancel it by emailing my agent, but gave me the incorrect email and told me I would have to contact my mortgage company to cancel my homeowners insurance. 🙄 I have no problem paying extra for not only good customer service and a feeling of knowing who I'm dealing with if things happen. But with these people I felt none of that. I will say except for Nancy, but I don't believe she is there anymore. But this Doris that was my agent felt none of that, because I never even spoke with her. This is one place I would advise no one to go with, find another nationwide agency.

Penny at Mayo is the most helpful and sweet insurance agent you’ll ever work with. She was quick to respond, quick to change our policies, and couldn’t have made the process any easier.

My experience with my Mayo insurance agent has been excellent. They answer all my questions within the hour or same day. My agent has gone beyond what I expected from her. I feel if I needed them for car or home they would be there promptly for services. It is hard to find this in today’s world.

Have been with Nationwide for many years. It has been a rough road for me in the past few months. I am making it through it all with the help of Doris Rice whom ear I have bent with my tragic. Karen McKee is an outstanding Mayo Insurance agent. She has always been as helpful as anyone could be. She takes the time to listen to us and works hard to get us the best policies possible as the best rate. She is the reason why we stay with Mayo Insurance. I hope her company realize what an asset she is to them. We know that when we have a question we can call and she will always return our call and never makes us feel bad for calling.

I have been with Nationwide just about my entire driving life. I was young and got into some fender-benders and they were always there and responsive. I was late on my payments often as the rebellious (immature) teen I was until Penny would patiently call me and remind me and take my payment over the phone. Fast forward 10 years and I’m a better driver and more responsible adult so I didn’t talk to Penny for quite some time. Now I have moved out of state and Penny is still personally helping me with the switch. It makes me sad to leave because she and Mayo Insurance Agency have been so amazing and their rates are great for solid coverage. I highly recommend them for anyone and any family.
