When they brought about the merger proposal they said that they would make it smooth.my bank card was declined at Amazon this morning and it's slow to process. This is NOT " smooth" its false advertising. I'm about to go somewhere else and call the federal trade commission. This is not the first time we've had trouble. Guess it's time to change banks and I recommend you do the same

Slowest most inefficient bank I have ever encountered. They are quick to blame short staff but not a single person that works there has any sense of urgency nor customer service I have waited on average every week 30 minutes to an hour for one deposit. I am truly hoping my company will switch to a different bank soon!

One of the slowest banks ive ever been too, tellers will blame you for their slow service. In reality its their incompetent branch manager who never has enough tellers on staff, and the ones that are working are slow. Expect 15 to 25 min waits for just about every visit.

They had deleted my safety deposit box by accident! I had the key, they had no record. After an hour or so, Rachelle and home office figured out it had been closed by accident and had me come in to sign new paperwork. I hope I am not charged twice. (They said I will not be.) All is now resolved, but HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN??? Frightening. What if they decided to drill the lock, thinking it was unused, and took all my mom's jewelry??!! Very disconcerting, to say the least.

A 1 only ecause zero isn't an option. Amazing how online is states not too busy but I've been on hold for 38 minutes and not a single person has answered the phone. It must be nice to ignore your phones or turn them off. Actually they just hung up on all 3 lines I was holding on, clearly that was intentional. And just hung up again on another line. Wow. I need to choose a new bank

A bunch of staff left a long line in the lobby to go to lunch. This is sometimes the only time people have to bank and maybe they should stagger their breaks so their lunch break does NOT fall between 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm. Also, they never have enough tellers for SunTrust customers and I always find myself waiting up to 20 - 30 minutes in both the lobby and drive-thru.

Took over 45 minutes to make a simple withdrawal. Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star.

It take 40 minutes in the drive thru. They need to hire more people, it's ridiculous!!! I'm about ready to take my business elsewhere. 😡
