Seriously, Argent is the best bank I’ve ever been with. Thank you guys for being consistent, friendly, timely and helpful. I’ve needed help on numerous occasions, whether with fraudulent charges or being oversees, someone on the team always provides me with a solution. I appreciate it so much!!! Money is a sensitive topic, and I love this bank for being understanding and personable.

I have been with the credit union for over 20 years! It has always been a great experience with all of the services I have used over the years. I would and do recommend them to anyone looking for a good banking experience!

I love this bank so helpful whenever needed. I’ve had an account since I was old enough to get a checking account. Never had an issue and always there and friendly when I had questions or needed help with my accounts.

Employees are friendly. However that's about it. Online banking is substandard. SERIOUSLY, WHY TOUT ABOUT ONLINE BANKING--SUPPOSEDLY 24/7--IF YOU REGULARLY BLOCK MEMBERS FROM ACCESSING THEIR OWN ACCOUNT?! Tried to access my account online and got this message: "Please review the image and phrase displayed below to ensure they match what you had selected previously." The image shown does not match what I have chosen, and the site did not present any options other than to enter my password. I entered the correct password and the site won't let me log in. I tried calling, but the automated service also won't let me access my account despite the correct PIN entered. The voice recording also mentioned that you guys will be unavailable during the weekend, and the website says come 12 OCT you will also be closed for the holiday. So Argent Credit Union effectively blocked me access of my own account for 3 days! Hackers are going to find a way around all security measures regardless. Your "multi-layer" security (anything other than two items: username/account name + PIN/password) only serves to creates a hassle and undue frustration for members. Compounding the problem is that they have no 24/7 member support... I see Argent Credit Union is going the way of Virginia Credit Union in poor quality of service. They also like to lock the doors up as early as 15 minutes before their scheduled closing hours. If you're going to do that, post your weekday closing hour as 5:45pm instead of 6:00pm. If this credit union is very close to you, by all means go for it. But if you want a credit union with ease of accessing your account and 24/7 support, you should look elsewhere.

I have had nothing but great service from the Argent Team. Friendly Tellers and a clean building. Phone calls for online banking services are answered quickly. ATM is a plus.

I have been with Argent about 3 yrs, and I’ve been on my own since I was 16 yrs old. So let’s just say I’m not the greatest with a budget and my credit is less than ok. I’ve been working on building my credit a little at a time. I never thought in a million years I would be able to get a personal unsecured loan but I tried. This will be my second personal loan that’s saving my sons Christmas, building my credit, AND the payments are more than doable! Thank you Argent!

My vehicle was financed by the dealership through Argent. I would not recommend doing business with them. The way the loan officers speak to you is highly disrespectful. Beyond poor customer service. They literally call you for an issue about your account and tell you they don't like your tone!!

I love the employees. I do have an issue with the building itself. It says wheelchair accessible, and as far as the opening, it is big enough. The problem is trying to hold the door while pushing my mother in her wheelchair. Unless someone in the lobby comes to help, it’s a struggle. Automatic doors would make a huge difference.

People are very helpful inside and I have never had problems getting answers
