Suntrust Bank is struggling... They joined forces with BB&T and that will be their last step before they Close their doors for good. I waited for over an hour in their drive through for a withdrawal. They have all of their lobbies currently closed. Probably because they’re just preparing for the ultimate. Save your time and go with another bank

I recently reported a double charge by a vendor on my account for $6.42. The account has a limit of $9,700, the balance at the time was roughly $150.00. I had never used more than $2,000 of this limit and had never been late on a payment and always paid the balance in full never the min. due. Upon reporting the double charge of $6.42 Suntrust then notified the credit reporting agencies as if I had run up a $10,000 bill and I was claiming the charges were fraudulent and was trying to avoid paying the balance due. This caused my credit score to be damaged significantly, nearly a 100 point drop. This will cause future interest rate charges in the thousands. Suntrust would not remove the derogatory mark in an apparent effort to be sure they did not have to be responsible for the $6.42. Suntrust has become worse than Wells Fargo, do not do business with this company, they care more about $6.42 than the lively hood of there customers.

Horrible customer service. Unwillingness to help clients. I would rather drive to a farther location where I know the branch manager & associates care about their customers, than visit this convenient location because you are just a number to them.

I absolutely love this bank. The people are awesome here. every person that I have dealt with has been extremely helpful and pleasant. Harry the branch manager has been a key person in all of my banking he is great! I opened a bank account, got my mortgage, and car loan here. I am currently opening another account for family members. Great staff! Thank you for everything!

Unfriendly people and one teller was in front of line...I thought he was a customer...swinging his metal tipped suspenders around. Got charged 7.00 for a reimbursement hurricane damage check. Then they have balls enuff to ask me if I'd like to open a account ha
