    My original loan started out at $7541 April of 2014. I have been paying on it with no missed payments. Today is February 2022 and they have been taking $75 a month out of my account since 2014. Checked my account balance I owe $5694. Only $10-$15 of my $75 payment goes towards my principle. The rest is to interest. I have paid these folks a little shy less than $4800. My balance is still $5694 today. I’m trying to refinance my house and in order to do so they want a fee of $295 and five days to review the subordination form requested from my title company. I am paying them off ASAP. Please don’t let these ppl take advantage of you. I was pressured being a first time home owner by the constant knocking and solicitation at my door. Stating this was the best water softener out and I needed to get it. The gentleman came to my house daily for five days until I gave in for a water softener. I should’ve done my due diligence and shopped around. This egregious in regards to principle applied monthly and fee to review a subordination document when I pay a monthly. I have never been late or missed a payment. I can’t wait to be done.

    Worst loan ever and for a water treatment system I did not get. Representative said my signature was needed to say I was a part of the presentation. Unlawful! When calling to explain ISPC said "well you signed" I HATE their system and services. The only reason I knew they were on my credit was when my credit told me I had a late payment. I said well since I can't get this off can I pay for deletion as in good favor since I have quadrupled minimum payments and entered into autopay. Low and behold their response was that's illegal, but coerced signatures are not? Make it make sense. That would be a good service as I am doing my part after being bamboozled.

    Had to call customer service several times and the last time was to get a payoff. I received the best customer service from Jovianna, who not only took her time to explain everything to me, settling my confusion and questions, but she even spelled words that I never heard of, helping me to better understand what I needed to do! Jovianna was friendly, personable and didn’t sound scripted, something I do not like when calling companies. The best thing ever and is unheard of, when I called back the second time, I was able to speak with Brendaly, who was able to see the last person I had spoken with and was able to transfer me to that same person that was already familiar with my concern, remembered me, and I didn’t have to start over and go through a whole other explanation again! That may seem minor but it was impressive and monumental in my book. I want to thank the following two ladies Jovianna and Brendaly for awesome customer service, actively listening to my concern, staying engaged…and most of all laughing and making me feel like a valued customer! Great experience from two best friends! 😁 keep up the great work.

    THE SERVICES I RECEIVED FOR MY MAYTAG WATER SOFTNER WAS AWESOME. I LOVE THAT FACT I NO LONGER HAVE TO BUY LAUNDRY DETERGENT, SOAP, SHAMPOO, OR DISH WASHING LIQUID. I LOOK FORWARD TO SAVING ALOT OF MONEY THIS YEAR.😊😊😊

    I have never had a problem speaking to a customer service representative before however now that I have paid my equipment off no one answers the phone. I was told that once my revolving Line of credit was paid that (I) would have to request for the line be closed. I was also told I could use the line for any repairs that the system may need. That was back in May and I am sure calls are recorded. Well low and behold today I get an alert that the line has been paid and closed by ISPC without my consent and of course drops my score in the middle of me selling my home and buying a new one. Now I am curious to see how this “security interest” is going to affect all of this. I cannot get anyone on the phone dialing the customer service number ext 1800. Poor customer service along with misinformation from the representative. I would not recommend this finance company to my worst enemy.

    This business is terrible do not use them. I was trying to refinance my house and turns out they make it so it looks like you have a lien on your house and then demand payment before you try to refinance your house so you can actually have the money pay them and then the get people on the phone who have either no clue or they dont care.

    When we were sold our unit we were sold lies. We was told we could move it anywhere, free of charge. We are relocating and you can only move it within 2 cities in North Carolina. Also when we finally have it removed, we only have 30 days to get it reinstalled at our new place. They do not know our finances or how fast we can find a plumber and pay to have this installed. If I would of known about this mess we would of never bought the units. It is not worth the money for the mess you go through. Also there is an almost 400 dollar security interest fee to even relocate it. So many hidden things. I wish we never purchased through Bottle Free Water in North Carolina and never financed with ISPC. Now we have to contemplate on leaving it at our home we are selling, for new people to enjoy or paying an insane amount to relocate. I will never recommend this company again for anyone!

    Just no. 100% a scam in tandem with water filtration installation companies. You're better off going to Lowes or Home Depot, buying the same system for $600 and paying a professional to install.

    We just purchased our home In March 2021. We were looking for a water softener so I can’t complain about the tactics used for sales. What I can complain about is the way the finance office reports your account. THEY WILL LIST THIS AS A CREDIT CARD AND YOUR CREDIT SCORE WILL SERIOUSLY TANK UNTIL ITS PAID OFF. They will do nothing nothing about changing the account status and leave it as a revolving open credit card account. Which will have its own implications when you do pay it off to close it. So, if you have any interest in keeping a half way decent score, pay in full or go to a company that will list this as what it is and NOT a credit card!!!! If he would have mentioned this, we wouldn’t have purchased from them. Which is why he didn’t obviously!

    I don't know why all the hate and disrespect toward this company and it's employee's. They have treated me and my wife with the utmost respect and dignity. They have been honest and upfront with everything regarding my acct. There was a miscommunication between ISPC and I about an automatic payment. It reported us as not paying for that particular month and dropped both our credit scores 100 pts 😵. But we didnt panic or trip out we simply called Kim Cross and let her know what happened in our situation. She was kind, compassionate, and straight forward. We got to the bottom of the situation and long story short she was able to reverse the late payment notification on our credit reports. So all will be normal again soon. She touched my heart today as I'm a 100% VA disabled 💜 heart veteran on a fixed income and budget. The drop in score would've killed us financially but Kim rectified the problem. I've been with the company for four years and haven't had any problems. So any potential new customers will not have an issue with this company. If you give respect you'll get respect so never jump down anyones throat over your displeasure just calmly work with the company reps and your potential problem will be fixed. Special thanks to Kim Cross for going above and beyond to help fix my potential disaster. I recommend ISPC for your water softener financing needs.

    This company is HORRIBLE and certainly NOT worth all the headache!! They are not forthcoming with regard to how the water system is financed. Yes, it is indeed TRUE that it appears on your credit report as a maxed out credit card which impacts your credit report negatively!

    We purchased the system while in Forney, Tx. Had no issues. The sales person was very friendly but failed to tell us a few things. 1. Being that we would have to have our system serviced ($$) every year. He also knew we were military, so the possibility of us moving was inevitable. Upon leaving, we were given the courtesy to just make payments and not have to pay off the loan in settlement. Fast forward, here we are again and Kim and her nasty attitude tells me that because Uncle Sam doesn’t know when he’s moving us, this makes them nervous. We have never been late. Never had issues. But this company clearly knows when to bend the rules and when to be complete jerks. No reason for her to talk to me as if I was asking for the impossible. TO ALL MY MILITARY community, DO NOT deal with this company while on active orders. Forget the idea of finding a company with compassionate values or people who know how to deal with our communities unique needs. It’s bottom dollar for them. I’m more than happy to be rid of them and sell this mess to someone who’s more stable, but I wouldn’t do that to anyone I care about.

    PLEASE NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! My wife bought a water system for our household and the financing at that time was through ISPC (they have since cut all ties with them). Her account is in good standing and our payments are on auto-draft. Yet when I went to refinance they held up our whole process. They apparently filed a lien on my house until the loan was paid in full. This was because the refinance was for lowering our monthly mortgage and doing repairs (fixing the roof and HVAC), they wanted their money first. Regardless of the terms of the contract that my wife signed and this lien detail was never covered nor discussed. PLEASE save yourself a headache and never deal with this company! They are a bunch of snakes in the grass!

    The most detailed and informative education about the system and the system does exactly what it says it does. I would recommend this system for anyone for their homes, offices or major places where water use is used. The staff Mr. Andrew was absolutely amazing.

    We purchased a water treatment system for $7k which was financed by ISPC. They reported the financing as a revolving credit (credit card) to the credit bureaus with a credit limit of $7k which shows a credit utilization of almost 100% after making the first couple payments to them. Not my I've lost almost 80 points off my credit score and when I called them to change the reporting to a personal loan because it has taken a lot of points off my credit report they refuse and doesn't care about how they are destroying people's lives. I don't have a credit card from them therefore after paying them off for the system, they're going to close the credit card account which will reduce my credit scoreeven further. These people are pure evil!

    We loved our water filter don’t get is wrong, the skin was softer & my acne improved tremendously. But on the flip side 10,000 dollars in the hole wasn’t worth it. I wish we did our research before purchasing. There’s so many water filters for half price out there. I also hate how they pry on the new house owners. We just had purchased our house & they found us. They had us scared out of our minds with our water & we felt it was a wonderful purchase @ the time. It felt like we never got the bill down & we just sold our house & was able to pay off the bill but I wouldn’t invest in this loan again! If you have the money to afford it out of pocket go for it! The company was extremely helpful when we called & needed something checked out. Just do your research first! As mentioned it does also cost 250 for annual checkups. Just don’t go into such a big purchase blindly like we did.

    BEWARE! Told this would not hinder refinancing or the sale of my home. Then I try and refinance and sure as it gets it does. Customer care was nice enough but refused to remove and refile. Options.. Pay in full, which I will do. Or to pay a $300 fee to do extra paperwork.

    This company has taken double payments without my consent, never missed a payment or ever been late and they charge you double for no reason. This company also tries to get you to buy them by offering free soaps with Pure & Gentle but it is a scam, they will only send you a one-time gift. The associate who sold us this product lied to the bank about the household earnings. This company does not care about customers and should be reported for fraud. The water filter is good at first and then a week later it will flood your entire kitchen and no one will come out and assist you with repairs. WORST COMPANY EVER!!

    I would give 0 stars if I could!!! We are currently trying to sell our house. We are supposed to close in 2 days. We are being told there is a lien on the house for over $6,000 from the water softener, even though we already paid for it and we can’t get anyone to answer our calls or call us back!
