Mary was absolutely amazing. I cannot say enough awesome things about her. Our first lender we were going to through wouldn't allow me to be on the loan with my husband because of my credit score. But Mary was a lifesaver!! She was able to get both my husband and I approved for a loan as well as help raise my score! I was referred to Mary by my realtor Anne Bromberg. Once Mary knew what I wanted to do she had me provide all of my financial docs right away which gave her a head start over a bank. It took me a few months to find the house I wanted and Mary was ahead of the game. She had me email my bank statements each month to stay current. Mary was able to get me closed quickly.
