I rarely do reviews but I would absolutely tell anyone that needs a mortgage “GO TO CPF!” They will save you time and money and their customer service is the best! Our loan officer, Bill was so patient and helpful the whole time. He gave us some great advice and kept us informed each step of the way. I’ve worked with a lot over the years and this company went above and beyond. Will be using them again for other clients

After working with other mortgage companies and comparing my options, choosing CPF was an easy decision. Bill was the epitome of professionalism, yet personable and down to earth. He always responded quickly to our questions and concerns. He and his team worked diligently to provide quick and concise answers. Even though we brought them a difficult situation (making two purchases at the same time), we always felt they were truly concerned with our situation and never frustrated or aloof. We refinanced our home and used Garrett Gartino as our loan officer. From the first call, I knew this company was different. Garrett made us feel relaxed and at ease with the whole process. We had talked to other lenders and because my husband is in sales, we were made to feel that it was too much trouble for them to work with us - not Garrett! Everyone with CPF was outstanding. We recently did a home loan refinance with CPF. We dealt with Nick and Matt who both made this process very quick and easy. We were updated practically daily with where we were at in the process and the entire process took maybe a month to complete. We got way more than what we even originally were asking for and what a huge help it will be. We can’t thank them enough for everything.

We just closed on our first home, and I really cannot thank everyone at CPF Mortgage for all of the help. The team at CPF were all knowledgeable and immediately responsive from the beginning of my loan application process through closing. I shopped around for interest rates and closing costs with other lenders (including my federal credit union) and there was no close comparison to the quality of service I experienced with CPF.

I would recommend Nick and his team to anyone BECAUSE, when we called him or a member of his team, they either answered the phone or immediately called back. They took the time to answer our questions and made sure we understood. In other words, they were very patient. Sometimes companies are only focused on making that next sale or landing that next client. Nick and his team care and value people, the humanistic and holistic approach and that made all the difference in the world for us!!!

We are first time home owners!!! Our situation was definitely not the norm and we were expecting the purchase of our home to be a long, drawn out process. Thankfully, we had help from Justin and the team. They were able to streamline everything and assisted with any questions or concerns we had along the way. Nick France helped me with my re financing and the whole experience from start to finish was so smooth. This was the case because of the communication Nick and I had through the whole process. TLDR; My experience with CPF Mortgage was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had with a mortgage company. From beginning to end. The team, beginning with Justin Kelly, and throughout all the other team members, each and every one were consummate professionals, both in their business acumen and professional etiquette. On top of that, CPF has a ridiculously advanced technological processing system. As a consumer, I basically had to click buttons. They had everything setup for the end user to simplistically click and submit. And even more, each and every team member I interacted with was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I never, once, lacked confidence I wasn’t in good hands. They are with you every step of the way. Best mortgage experience I’ve ever had. They are informative, customer focused, and sincerely have the consumers best interest at the forefront.

This was my first experience buying a house and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Justin and everyone at CPF were amazing from start to finish. Justin explained every step in detail and was always available to answer any questions along the way. They were unbelievably fast and on top of everything. I'm self employed so we had to jump through more hoops than usual but they made it easy. The interest rate, PMI, and loan terms they were able to get me was WAY better than my credit union. I want to thank Derek for his prompt attention and effectiveness. He has been awesome throughout the whole process. I found myself trapped, wanting to buy my own house while also helping my mom with her own mortgage. As off today, I can happily say that Derek not only helped me with my mom's house refinancing with cash out to pay off multiple debts incurred while completing some improvements in the house, but I can also say that he also got me preapproved to buy my own house and hopefully, even with today's market prices, I will be able to have my own home soon.
