Tremendous shout-out to Lauren Trosclair who handled the mortgage situation for us in buying our first home recently in the greater Tampa Bay area. She is phenomenal. We loved that she let us know what to expect, she is incredibly quick regarding document creation, and she is extremely knowledgeable. She took initiative to set up calls with us to go over many documents so we understood purpose and verbiage. We feel so lucky that our realtor recommended her and that she was our first exposure to a loan officer/ mortgage broker. Honestly, she just really knocked our socks off.
