SUPER inconvenient location. There are homeless people who unfortunately have mental issues either being aggressive or asking for cash along the street and corners in the area. There's no parking. The ATM machines don't allow a cash deposit, you can only withdraw cash or check your balance, I tried every single one to double check. There's no Tellers on site, like literally no Teller counter. If you need to do anything with large amounts of cash, you have to wait and see a banker. There's only 3 bankers and you have to sign up and wait over 40 minutes to conduct less than a 5 minute transaction. It's ridiculous...

I closed my accounts because of that Indian lady’s attitude. She refused to open my business account and cost Dominick a lot of business. I was ready to refinance my car and home with him until Mikila I think her name was came into the situation being extremely rude. She’s ruining this location. Just check the other reviews.

The location is not good. They have no counter tellers and you have to wait forever to get anything done. This is the worst location in Orlando.

came to this branch on south orange and Michigan and had the worse banking experience I ever had. after the indian lady teller took 30 minutes to verify a perfectly legitimate and negotiable BB&T check I was trying to cash, and after interrogating on the phone the person that issued the check, the indian lady returned to the window with a nasty attitude and she flat out refused to cash the check with no reason given. she just shoved my ID and the perfectly good check back and refused to do her job! what a nasty ill tempered indian racist! how can such a reputable company such as BB&T tolerate such low life tellers disrespecting their customers? doesn't bode well for future clients nor the public in general! one nasty indian lady at BB&T!

This trash company offers no way to unsubscribe from their emails. I don’t know how they got my email in the first place. Even searching “unsubscribe email” on their own website yields nothing. After reading the horrible customer service reviews from other people, I’m not even going to waste my time calling.

As a small business owner, baking with SunTrust (now truist) has been the worst possible business mistake I've made. The digital app is horrific, the staff seems to be misinformed, and everything that can go wrong has. My business is even spelled wrong on the card..

I don't have an account open with BB&T, but they have great rates on car loans. Went to this bank to get all the details and apply, and had a fantastic experience. I was a little nervous to visit this branch due to some reviews, but those are from like 2+ years ago. Whatever rude employees were there before seem to be gone! Really enjoyed the bankers I worked with.
