FBC Mortgage, LLC Orlando

I've had two loans through FBC (purchase and refinance). For as complex of a loan (renovation loan) as my first purchase was, they did an awesome job. It was the lowest rate I received for this type of loan. I was surprised how quick it went given how busy the mortgage industry was at that time. It got even better when I did my refinance. Once again they had the lowest rate. They updated the interface used for their application/approval process and it was the best I've experienced. Especially if you like to do everything electronically. My loan officer Danielle was terrific!

They bought my loan from another company. Changed login url without notifying customers. Made me jump through hoops giving personal information I often don't like to give. End result - you have the wrong login URL. They could have started the conversation with "Hey customer, we screwed up and changed your login URL. Before we spend the next five minutes asking you for you social and home address, can you try this web address so we can save you time and get you off this chat?" I'm currently not a fan of the wasted time this morning. I hope they sink and my load is bought by someone else.

I recently refinanced my home with FBC Mortgage and I was so happy with the experience and the service I received from our team members! I am also an employee with FBC, so it was great to be able see the buyer side of the mortgage process with our company. Danielle George was my assigned loan officer and she did an excellent job of helping me with the different scenarios I asked her about! Overall I am very pleased with my decision to use FBC as my mortgage lender!!

I recently refinanced my home with FBC and the process was seamless. I was able to complete the application online and import many of the necessary documents electronically. My loan officer was on top of the process and gave me excellent service. My processor took the ball and ran with it and got me closed with no surprises or hassles. The closing took place in my home, so I never had to leave my home for anything related to this transaction. I highly recommend them.

Could not have been more happy with my experience I had with FBC when purchasing my first home! My loan officer and processor were amazing and very responsive, the uploading portal along with their help and guidance made everything seamless. FBC did a great job on saving me money on my refinance. I lowered my mortgage payment by almost $500 thanks to the great rate they offered. The process was very quick, and the video updates that I received were awesome as it allowed me to know where my loan was in the process. I did my original loan with another lender, and I had to email them constantly for updates as I was never sure where my loan was in the process. Communication was huge. FBC did a great job overall and I would certainly recommend them

FBC made my home buying experience painless! Ashley and her team are professional, knowledgeable and go above and beyond in customer service. I would highly recommend FBC and will definitely use them again, if the need arises.

If you have a simple loan application with just a W-2 and maybe a car loan they could probably get it done in 30 days. If you are Business For Self or have a Reverse Mortgage on one of your properties they don't have a clue how to deal with it. Several times they came back to us with demands for more information and it was never ending up until the very end. Took hours and hours and was tons of stress trying to get all the information from years past that they wanted. FYI - We both have over 800 credit scores, own multiple houses free and clear and have lots of money in the bank. They just couldn't understand anything about not getting a regular semi-weekly paycheck. In their defense, we live in Ohio and I am a realtor. We get deals done and closed here in 2 weeks to 30 days. They would never make it in our market where you are required to hustle. If you are looking for a company that puts a ton of stress on you then FBC may be for you, if not, I would look elsewhere.

FBC Mortgage is awesome. They processed my loan application and got approval very fast. The loan officer and his team help me get thru the whole process painlessly.

My husband and I are now first time home owners thanks to FBC! We were referred to Courtney Roberson by a family member (we live in GA). From the first phone call to the very end, she was so incredibly helpful and involved. She sent us everything that we needed, she was very responsive and always answered our questions quickly. As someone who has never owned a home before, it was very overwhelming, but Courtney and her team made the process so easy! I never once had to follow-up with her because she always let me know where we were in the process and what came next. When the time comes to buy another home, I will most certainly use FBC again! I HIGHLY recommend using them!!

Professionally : FBC Mortgage was a client of mine from 2013-2019, where I provided IT Staffing Solutions to their Corporate Office in Orlando, FL. I interacted heavily with the Hiring Leaders and also interacted with many of the other employees and have to admit, even as a vendor, I felt like I was a part of their family. Personally : I chose to work with FBC Mortgage when I proceeded with my re-finance not only because of the relationship I had built with them, but also because they invest in technology and make it easier for consumers to go through a typically difficult process. From the initial call with my MLO, I received a rough estimate two hours later and was able to upload all information for the Application into their online portal within 45 minutes. Our experience with FBC Mortgage LLC was excellent. Our loan was led by Daniella Serrano. Better impossible. Daniella knew how to build and maintain a direct and healthy line of communication with us. She was always there when de has a question orfor a suggestion. She informed us of all the options we had and took us by the hand throughout the process. I would do the whole process again with Daniella with my eyes closed. I can only say great things about the experience I have had with FBC. I have bought multiple homes with other mortgage companies and there has been no better service or easier experience than working with this company. They drastically reduce the stress of buying a home. Their customer service is exceptional. I dealt with Mindi Tosh. She was genuinely friendly, and went out of her way to communicate with me throughout the entire process. I was treated as much more than just a number, which is rare in the financial industry. I am the type of person who would be willing to pay more for better service such as this, but I didn’t have to. The mortgage rate FBC gave me was lower than competitors. It was a long way coming… Matt and Bree had to break it down several times to me. When I wanted to give up this homebuying. Experience is everything! Kristin helped us purchase our first florida home a few years ago and when we realized we would be taking another home buying journey - there was no one else to consider. She was awesome the first go around and her experience thru the second experience proved invaluable. John Fosgate would send auto emails with videos that also explained more of the whole process which I found very helpful as well! Overall this company makes sure you have the information you need to understand and feel good about trusting them. They were nothing but a pleasure to work with. Closed on my home on May 24, 2019 and I am so glad I was able to work with FBC. From David to Cathy, was such an easy process. They both were professional and really helpful. Other mortgage companies turned me away but FBC was the company for me. The only thing I would suggest is updating the loan statue on the web. This was not a deal breaker because David and Cathy always responded within minutes or an hour. But because FBC had the "Loan Progress" on their website I expected it to be updated. Nevertheless, I recommend this company and would do business in the future. Thank you FBC!!!
