This bank will have you paying late fee after late fee if they can. The first time I had direct deposit my check was at the bank they hold them until 7am so that if your account is overdrawn at midnight they can charge it even though the money is in the bank they have it setup like that so they can get an overdraft fee from people now today I had a payment go through yesterday and had nine dollars left in my account I had a payment go through that I was waiting to see hit this morning so I could put the money in I wasn't sure the exact amount until it was taken out and this bank hit me with an overdraft fee for the bill that went out yesterday that I had available in the account but no fee for the one that overdrafted my account this morning the automated system they have is set up to steal from you little by little

Extremely terrible service. The women do not know what the hell they are doing. If you going to use your banking in this location be prepared to bring lunch online it'll take so long. Terrible!!!!!!

Has been my Branch for over 10 years, I am so greatful to all the wonderful staff, I have always been supported and guided with kindness and professionalism. Whenever I need a fresh look at an idea or financial situation I know I can turn to Mrs. Coben , Mr. Oakes and Mrs. Bolden for a novel perspective. They all have a natural rapport with people and do very well at communicating with others.

If you need a nice long nap. I highly recommend the Suntrust drive through. Trying to make a deposit will afford you a 20 minute nap. After your nap you will have about 15 minutes to write a terrible review while all drivers around you get serviced before you. This us by far the worse banking location in Hernando county. If i could give it a -1 star i would. Been told 5 times in the 17 minutes ive been sitting here they would help me. Already sent deposit through to teller who is now servicing a client who drove up 8 minutes after i did. So if you need a nap i recommend this location. If you want to bank i would recommend anywhere but here.

The change over wasn't supposed to be until the 18th. I'm currently locked out of my banking at ATMs. If my check bounced tomorrow I'm going to be more than angry. This is the 5th time this merge has messed with me paying bills and I'm over it.

Always a good experience at the seven hill Bank on Mariner in Spring Hill fl the only complaint I had was when I went to cash a $100.00check for my son who is disabled I was told I could not cash a third party check I. NEVER RECEIVED ANY INFORMATION FROM YOUR CORPORATE OFFICE. NOTIFICATION ON THAT SUJECT,! Other than that no complaints the women that have been there are great the new women or men not so nice

Shouldn't even get one star.....sat in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes just to deposit a check 😡

Hands down worst bank now that they have merge. We have been with for years but not for long.
